This is the direct text from this realtor’s website: This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams. Different by design Keller Williams Realty takes a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal touches, win-win deals and positive results. Robert R Meinhardt utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed your expectations. More importantly, we listen and that means we find solutions that are tailored to you. The above is the intro on the website for Robert R Meinhardt. Well my experience was far different. I submitted an offer for a home through my realtor that Mr. Meinhardt was the listing agent on. My realtor spoke to him and submitted the offer that was supposed to expire in 24 hours. At 7pm that evening Mr. Meinherdt sent a text to my realtor that he was meeting his client, the seller, and he would get back with her. At 10am on I was told that there had been no response but my realtor had spoken with him and he said that he was advising his client to accept my offer. By 7pm that evening when we had heard nothing but my realtor had sent MULTIPLE text messages and left MULTIPLE voice mails for him there had still been no response. Literally nothing. No communication what so ever. At 10pm we finally were e mailed a copy of the signed agreement with NOCOMMUNICATION other than that. Just the agreement. This realtor’s lack of communication and absolute zero response and terrible people skills prompted me to write this review of him. He did his job, but he did NOT build a positive relationship, use personal touch, or use the latest technology to exceed my expectations. He did not listen or find solutions tailored to our needs. He did not even so much as attempt to keep us informed or communicate in any way other that what was absolutely necessary. He did not care about us as home buyers and it seemed clear to us that he did not care about his seller. It was clear that the commission he made from selling the home to me was the least of his concern and his opinion was that his seller was clearly not paying him enough to follow the industry standard for communication and contract timelines and guidelines. This was clearly only about real estate and nothing about my life and dreams the way it is so boldly stated in the body of his website. My realtor(who is wonderful, responded to every text, every e mail and every phone call) said she had never ever dealt with anyone with this lack of communication. After the sale was all said and done, he told her he didn’t respond because it was Friday and he was hoping other offers would come in. He didn’t care about the contract deadline. My offer was accepted and from that moment on it was like pulling teeth to get anything from him. The seller was in another town and the realtor has such poor communication it was almost impossible to meet deadlines. When the closing date finally came, because the seller lived out of town, the keys were in the possession of Mr. Meinhardt. He refused to deliver them. His office is less that a mile from mine. he made my realtor drive from Scottsdale(20 miles) to pick them up from him and bring them to me. I am so happy that I got my home and I love it, but when it comes time to sell or purchase again, I will not buy from or sell with this realty and it is solely due to Robert R Meinhardt.

I’m a snowbird. It’s no secret that my winter home remains unoccupied much of the year. I’ve asked this office not to leave advertising stuffed in my door because I really don’t want to advertise to would-be criminals that nobody has been home for a while. Although the broker promised us that they would comply, they either can’t or won’t follow that simple request. Most recent offender is John Bell. If they can’t follow simple requests one has to wonder how they might handle a complex transaction… like the biggest purchase of your life.
