Keller Graduate School of Management – Phoenix Campus

Worst place for an education — Dunlap Phoenix Campus. — I used to work for them as well, and can tell you it is a joke. I attended Spring to Fall 2012 – 2013, taking a few classes here and there. With a two class start of 3.65 on my MBA, I was doing pretty well. My third class I found myself coming to campus the first 3 times for an 8 week course and had nothing but issues. This was Stats. Each week their room had moved or we had to have a computer tech come fix our connection, server, or internet to conduct lecture. The 4^th week was already mid-​term prep and we went over NOTHING. Sorry, but statistics is something I need assistance with, and it was like 3 – 4 hour classes of going over absolutely nothing. One or two weeks with issues is fine, but it was every week and we never made it up. No one was anywhere near ready for midterm after coming week 5. WTF, and by week 5 one can no longer drop the course and or receive a fund. It may be week 3, but by week 5 our class was so far behind, the class rooms were not functioning, and we started meeting at West Gate campus week 6. At this point, we were not receiving lecture, and just testing for prior weeks due to server issues. I received an F in this class after requesting a drop with no penalty. Denied, because no one cares here. Thier definitely not prepared to teach you want you need to learn either, let alone a functioning online based on in-​class learning program that functions. — DONT GO HERE!!! Before you know its week 8. –Don’t trust your money here. Take it from someone who worked at Chamberlain College of Nursing as a Clinical Coordinator (apart of DeVry) for a few years and working on their MBA.

I will rate Keller a 3. The instructors at the Phoenix campus are excellent and have in depth real world experience. Negatives are the financial aid department and student central. Both areas have terrible follow up. The financial aid function is basically outsourced. If I was an undergrad I would choose another school. Being a graduate student however, I knew what red tape to expect and its not the headache it would be during my undergrad. Would I choose for a PHD?-to be determined.
