Been a customer at franks for 10 years, multiple cars and parts bought there. maybe you need thicker skin and an understanding for hobby grade «toys» but overall it’s a good business that has what I need when other shops don’t.

I have gone here a few times in the past because its the only place around. I have since began just ordering online. The customer service here is terrible and they make you feel really stupid. Avoid it if you can.

Was visiting from out of town and needled some R/C supplies. I am a novice and needed help. They were very helpful over the phone and in person. I walked out with a solution. Nice selection of R/C supplies for aircraft and cars. Also, limited supply of model rocketry and finishing supplies. Good choice if you are interested in these areas

They’ve got the parts you need and the knowledge you want. Just don’t try to get any knowledge or help from the guy at the cash register. Or the guy at the RC car counter.
Stick with the guys on the airplane side. They won’t act inconvenienced by you and they are happy to help.
