This place is ridiculous. Had an appointment, set by another FastMed in Tempe. Took off work, drove across Phoenix and was told they switched my appointment to 5 hours later, but I could wait if I want to! Went home and came back five hours later for A SET APPOINTMENT. Waited over an hour to be called back.
Then the person taking my vitals was apparently unhappy that I was frustrated with the process and she jabbed a thermometer so far down my throat that I gagged and had to grab it myself because she kept pushing it in. All the while, she said not one word to me. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!

Poor service. Extremely long wait time. Imagine you’re taking your child who’s having a bad fever that she couldn’t even sit tight and they made you wait more than an hour to be seen.
AVOID this location at all cost!!! I have to be honest. I hate this place and all the staff here. They are rude, impolite and unprofessional.
DO NOT recommend!!!

Absolutely terrible! Waited for more than an hour to get a pre-employment drug test when only three people were in the building when I got there!

Within a total of 1 hour I was checked in and seen and out the door. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Also it was clean. I definitely would recommend this location to everyone whom is looking for a good urgent care facility. Thanks you too the staff for making my first experience a very pleasurable one.
