Avoid this place at all costs.
I went for my cdl medical evaluation, the doctor was super rude and then because of medicines I take (which were no problem the last 5 years) I had to get additional paperwork filled out by my dr.
I did, brought it back in, and then Concentra never submitted them to DMV — so I had my cdl suspended

I called and made appt for pre employment physical and drug screen today at 35 Ave location at 1215 (7⁄15). I arrived on time and she said the physical would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Are you kidding me? Does it come with a happy ending and is the doc making me breakfast in the morning? Needless to say I left. It would be quicker getting a physical at the ER.
Fast forward 11 hours. I go to the 24 hour concentra near airport almost total opposite experience. front desk person was super nice and I was in and out in 35 minutes. So, one can only conclude 35 ave location has problems and if you need a pre employment physical with concentra go to the 24 location near airport. it’s also cleaner in many regards.
