Visiting my grandma out here in Arizona. We wanted to stop by for coffee and food. We saw a Dunkin Donuts and decided to grab something there because back in California everyone tells me it’s a must have. Food and coffee was wonderful as I heard from others, but OMG the service was horrendous!!! The guy who took our order had no personality whatsoever. My family and I felt as if we were a nuisance to him. My dad ordered a combo which comes with coffee. Then the guy asked my dad if he wanted a coffee and my dad said yes I thought the combo came with a coffee. Then the man responded as if my dad was dumb«Oh well you didn’t ask for a coffee.» Hopefully I’ll experience better service when I try again back in Cali.

I love Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee. I’m always looking for a DD to get one. They taste better than Starbucks, in my opinion. Plus they’re half the price! Can’t beat it. Tip– ask for light ice, they’ll fill your cup with ice instead of coffee. I don’t drink milk so I love that they offer soy and almond milk, almond milk is 50 cents more at most locations. Not sure how all the donuts taste as I don’t get those but they look fresh and colorful! This location is clean and the employees polite. 5 stars!

Starting to experience a little disappointment the last few visits to my local DD. First let me say, DD hot coffee is always wonderful. I drink every last drop of each coffee I get there. The iced coffee is ok, but I prefer Starbucks iced coffee. The donuts never really change, same texture, same taste. My favorite is the pumpkin munchkin! Yum! Now that they have discontinued their punch card, DD has been pushing the app for a while. It’s based on a point system, rather than a visit system. You get a free coffee for every 200 points(I think you earn 5 points for every dollar spent). Sounds like a good deal, right? Except the app only works about 20 percent of the time. It is so frustrating to load my card and then not be able to use it! Also disappointed that they are sometimes out of products in the middle of the afternoon(like bagels). Also one evening we were there and they only had a small selection of donuts left. They put them on the counter where all customers could breath/sneeze/cough all over them. Gross. The service used to be friendly, but now none of the employees act like they want to be there. It’s sad. To the management-I’d visit a lot more if the app would just work right. It’s so frustrating!

Pros: yummy coffee, friendly staff. I’ve only been in the drive thru. Good doughnuts for a fast morning. I order a small or medium hot or iced coffee with mocha & cream & sugar. No wonder I like it right-sugar.

Pretty fast. Classic Dunkins! Always look forward to my next trip. People are always friendly. They have forgotten my order on a couple of items but have always been quick to remedy the situation.

Stopped at the drive-thru for iced coffee on the way to work this AM. Speed was average, but I found the employees quite nice! The man on the intercom checked to make sure I had the correct coupon before placing my order. Pull up to the window, and the cashier was very friendly. She asked about my dog in the backseat and offered to give him a donut hole. Sure, why not! My iced coffee w/almond milk is VERY watered down, however. Tastes pretty bland and boring. Oh well, it was only 99 cents!

I’m here every morning for my coffee and the staff is always friendly. I use the drive thru and have never had an issue ordering. They don’t interrupt and are polite which is rare these days in a drive thru.

So I am not a regular donut shop patron but I needed donuts for the crew at work. Someone mentioned«cronuts» which sounded interesting and I was directed to Dunkin’ Donuts to find them. So my search begins at 5:00am, I don’t know where a Dunkin’ Donuts is so I hit google and head to one on the way to work only to find it is part of a car wash… I passed, that seemed a little weird to me. I called a co-worker who directed me to another Dunkin’ by work. Off I went, now running late for work. I walk in and I don’t hear a «Good morning» or «Hello» — admittedly I could have missed it — instead the first thing I hear is «Do you want coffee?» Even had there been a «good morning» it seemed an odd introduction. I respond«no thank you. I need to get 2 dozen donuts» I am abruptly and honestly rather rudely asked if I want the prefilled boxes and I get the distinct feeling that the employee clearly did not want to fill 2 boxes of donuts. Again, I do not do donuts on the regular so I ask what is in the prefilled boxes. The response is «all the most popular donuts.» Which of course means nothing to me, and she must see the look on my face because she, again with what appears to be an unnecessary attitude, opens the box. As I expected no cronuts and clearly lots of cake donuts. It is my experience that cake donuts are almost always the donuts no one eats — I have seen the lonely leftovers in the break room. I say the prefilled is ok and can I get one more that I can choose. She grabs an empty box off the shelf and pushes it at the girl behind the cash register. The cashier was the saving grace — she was friendly and polite. Any other morning, I might have said forget it and headed to a bagel shop, but I was running late. The cashier was the one to help fill my additional box. As I scan the shelves I notice the croissant donut shelf is empty. It is 6:00am and there are 2 other people eating, no line, the drive through appears to be only moderately busy. Could they have run out? Could they have simply decided not to supply them? Based on my experience so far I assume the latter. Disappointed I pick my donuts. I ask for a bagel for myself since I was denied the opportunity to try the cronut. I ask for a «little» cream cheese and untoasted. I do not like warm cream cheese, it makes my stomach turn a bit. Unfortunately it was the first employee with the attitude that made my bagel. When I finally grab my bagel, already on the way to the office, the wrapper is warm. The bagel has been toasted and has so much cream cheese on it I could make a small cheesecake. I try it anyway and between the heat of toasting and the mass amount of cream cheese, moisture has made the bagel taste a bit like a semi-uncooked ball of dough. I toss it. I eat a mediocre donut and wish I had gone to Einstein’s Bagels instead. Bottom line. I may get donuts for my work team in the future but they will not come from Dunkin’ Donuts and most definitely not the one at I-10 and Chandler.

Super friendly staff and great customer service! This is a model location for what DDs should be like. The donuts are good and the coffee is on par with or better than the local Starbucks. I really like the sour cream donuts, probably my favorite donut at the location. The croissant donut wasn’t bad but felt over priced. $ 1.99 lattes in the afternoon if you’re looking for a sweet after work snack.

Went through the drive thru to get two coffees and a half dozen donuts. The lid on the coffee wasn’t secure and it spilled hot coffee all over my hand and inside my car. When I got home, they gave me the wrong donuts. Never again.

This location is a stop on the way to my 35 – 40 minute morning commute. The morning crew is usually very friendly and chipper at 6am and I’m a complicated coffee orderer. I pay with the DD app so I can get my points. Love the app! The morning DD crew serve my hot coffee with cream, 6 splenda, SF toasted almond & coconut flavor with a smile and ALWAYS get my coffee right. Could not start out the commute or work day without that pick me up delivered with a smile. Thank you DD!!!

Not a good donut but not a bad donut. The donuts are okay at best. Someone told me I don’t know if it’s true that the donuts are frozen and shipped from different location. I think this might be true because they don’t taste fresh. The coffee was very good. In a nutshell this place will do in a pinch.

I’m giving Dunkin Donuts only two stars because the morning crew seems to be the problem with this location. I have been here MULTIPLE times, hoping for good outcomes and about 60% of the time, something is wrong with my order. The latest issue: my French vanilla coolata was nothing but creamer! No coffee whatsoever! It was disgusting and of course I couldn’t take it back because when I go there I’m on my way to work up in Scottsdale and I don’t have time to turn around or call them to complain. Issues with the morning crew are mostly about my hash browns not being thoroughly cooked(there’s usually 2 cold ones), but I’ve even gotten FROZEN hash browns before! What are they doing up there?! I know me, and I know I’m going to go back in the AM because I really love their breakfast sandwiches… but I think I’ll wake up at my normal time on my day off for a change(like now at 4:45am) and try them again. That way, if they screw up, I can actually let them know how disappointing their service is, and maybe they can fix that.

A early stop at 4:01 am for a delicious iced caramel coffee with a blast of expresso for that WAKEMEUP moment. The lady was friendly for being really early and super fast … Awesome service.

My homefield DD spot. The service is always good and the drive thru is always fast. This is the opposite of the Dobson location! My dog loves tagging along and splitting an old fashioned with me… it’s our Saturday morning thing.

Another quick stop for coffee near work for those days when I’m dragging. Why 3 stars instead of 4? Wish they’d serve their Dark Roast here. Sure, most people drink milkshakes as «coffee» these days, but come on, Dunkin Donuts! Have at least two roasts for your drip coffee crowd. You say«Friends Don’t Let Friends Drink Starbucks», but Corporate Coffee Central is obviously doing something right by having three daily brews going. I’d be in trouble without the Turbo Boost! The Ice Cream flavored coffees were great! Didn’t even need cream /sweetener. Wish this place would run some crazy promotion again like they did in 2009 for the Grand Opening: First 100 people to get t-shirts get free coffee for three months. Needless to say, you bet your ass my Mom, sister and I got in line at 3AM for that! :) DOSOMETHINGLIKETHISAGAIN, AHWATUKEECREW! Not a big donut person; however, every now and then those Chocolate Munchkin Donut Hole Things call my name!

I come here a lot when I’m on this side of town for coffee, muffins and whatnot. I really do like dunkin donuts, but I don’t come to this location often enough. The past few times I’ve come in here, its always been pretty busy. People in the drive thru, sitting at tables, etc. Today I came in about noonish and wanted to read the sunday paper and relax with a muffin and a cup of coffee. I was here about 30 minutes total and it was a okay. Seems like this one staffs a ton of teenagers as the last few times I’ve been in here that’s who’s helped me. Not that I mind, but a very young high school looking crowd seems to be working the counter. I got my coffee and blueberry muffin and hung out for a while. I got the last muffin! Already? I figured they’d make a ton more since its sunday and people would want more. Donuts and muffins were looking pretty hit. Atmosphere was good, lots going on. TV was on, so was the music and people were hanging out here enjoying their day. They have lots of tables indoors and out, but after having frequented a few other DD’s, this one’s not the coziest. Seems like others I’ve been to(depending on the location) have a more relaxed atmosphere with cushy chairs giving it more of a coffee house feel that a «hurry up eat and leave» type deal. As long as I’m in the area, I’ll surely stop in here again. Not a bad place, just busy with a lot of kids running around, behind the counter and in the dining area itself.
