Boba & Donuts?!? 2 of my most favorite things of life! Props to the name alone because that was enough to reel me in and anticipating the moment I would be in the area to pop in. You can get into the store from both doors, front and back. The interior is just your typical donut shop: nothing really to it besides the counter, donut case, beverage case, chairs and tables. Their Unilocal page lists that they closed at 8PM that night but I arrived there around 8:15PM to find all lights on and a gentleman inside so I walked in to a very, very pleasant owner(I assume) who welcomed me. There was still a good selection of donuts left despite it being past closing time and I took consideration into the fact that these donuts would not be fresh. I picked 2 donuts — the regular glazed and blueberry fritter and the owner pleasantly surprised me with one more donut in my bag, on the house! One that I was thinking of choosing but didn’t go with. So so sweet of her. It was very cold that night so I asked if I could possibly try boba milk tea hot but she was not willing to do it which was a bummer, but I didn’t expect it since it was not on her menu. Just note that their boba teas are all made with powder. I ended up getting just bagged green tea. I paid under $ 4 for 3 donuts and tea which was a steal in my opinion. The donuts were a delight and I would definitely come back to try the food– the banh mis, egg rolls, maybe even their phở! I will make sure to update when I do! Only thing I would change about the store is the clutter in plain sight behind the counter which is displeasing to the eye.

I’ve been a big fan of local owners. I try to support all local business because they care about their quality of food and there is usually consistency when it comes to food quality and service which is a must when I choose what food places I like to frequent. This place is know for their boba and donuts, hints the name of the business, but they also serve a variety for Vietnamese food like phở, egg rolls and sandwiches. I come here quite often for lunch because they phở is really good. I haven’t had their sandwiches but there is a pretty steady clientele who comes in to order, I figure they must be doing something right. I’m not a big boba fan but they serve smoothies, coffee and Thai tea. Donuts are always made fresh daily and so moist they melt in your mouth. They owners are always present onsite and are very friendly people. They used to have a shop in Tempe that they shut down and decided to put more time into the service at this location which is great. Most the food is made to order so be prepared to wait for lunch but it is well worth if you want fresh food. Definitely a frequent for me.

What a find. The pork banh mi(modestly labeled just«Sandwich» on the picture menu on the wall) was totally delicious, with the freshest lightest French bread I’ve had. This beat Lee’s Sandwiches by miles. They sauté the pork, not grill it(I’m guessing the bakery doesn’t have a grill) but I couldn’t taste any difference. I had to wait a little while for it, but it was worth the wait. I’m glad I got it to go, because it was pretty warm in there. Donuts were tender and airy. I enjoyed the glazed old fashioned but the star was the raised twist. Better than Krispy Kreme.

Great boba tea. I haven’t tried the donuts but they look good. The store could use a little cleaning and tidying up but I’m still a fan and will return.

Thai Iced Tea with boba was great. Didn’t realize there was a difference between bobas but the stuff here is superior. Slightly smaller and the perfect consistency — not overly chewy.

This place is a find. He hopes at 5am and the doughnuts are fresh. They are light fluffy and delicious. It’s a small family run place so it’s not expensive is dozen will set you back about 10 $. It was my first time there and Mr. tan set me up with a taster buttermilk doughnut. It was different as the ones I’ve had in the past are normally long shaped this one was like a lotus flower shape and glazed as far as the eyes could see. Very tasty, I would however recommend the blueberry looks like a fritter it’s the«hit». Anyway I’m going back tomorrow for another and another…

Just tried this little gem tonight. .the appearance wasn’t much but the food was delish. I’m from the bay area and have a hard time finding good Vietnamese food here. They were out of donuts but that’s fine, I was in the mood for the phở and sandwich Both were great as well as the spring rolls. This will be a regular spot for sure. The owner was awesome and friendly too.

Donuts here have strange bad after-taste. Maybe that’s what the second ‘b’ in Boba is for. Stick with the OG of donuts and you’ll be happier(hint: the one with one ‘B’ and one ‘s’ in its name)

4+ stars. The donuts were exactly what I was looking for, so I brought a dozen back to my office. The box of 12 also came with a few donut-holes. All very yummy. No crazy flavors(that we saw), but the ones we did get were very fresh. I will definitely be back!

This place has the best donuts I have ever had. They cost 1 $ a piece & definitely worth every last bite. My favorite is the red velvet ones.

I love this place, the owner is so friendly and very sweet! I decided to give this place a try after the spring roll factory, next door, closed. Boba and Donuts started serving banh mi and other Vietnamese delights. The prices are very reasonable, and a great value! Try the pork sandwich and any of the croissants they are spectacular!

I came from San Diego and I was looking for a nearby boba shop and came across this place and found out it had boba AND donuts!!! I got a green apple slush and one glazed donut. I wasn’t expecting much but the donut was so good that I had to get another donut, more boba AND a pork Vietnamese sandwich! It’s family owned and both the mom and son who helped me were both very nice and catering. The boba is great, the Vietnamese sandwich is great, and the donuts are very unique and delicious to the last bite! Next time I come to Chandler, Arizona this is the first place I’m hitting up!

Ordered the avocado slush and it was very good. You can tell the quality of the drink from the first sip. Have had avocado drinks at other places and its usually more expensive and not as creamy. We also had the blueberry and old-fashioned donut which were just as good. Noticed they also sell a variety of main dishes if you are feeling hungry. Everything from banh mi to phở to vermicelli noodles. They pretty much can do it all it seems! The mom and son who the place are super friendly. They are quick to give advice on what’s good also. Highly recommend you visiting this place soon!

This place is next to a restaurant I go to at kraft twice a week. Both times I’ve been here have been around lunch time so obvious donut shops are not the busiest around this time. Customer service was good and prompt both times. I usually get iced coffee but I have tried their Thai Iced Tea without Boba and they make it very creamy and good. I recommend thick drink from here if you are wondering what to get. The donut I got was big bad at all but it was not the softest texture. Tasted fried w a hint if sweetness. I think this is a good place to fulfill your sweet tooth.

Location: We were supposed to go to Spring Roll factory and accidentially came into this shop instead. The place is spacious with quite a few tables. Plenty of parking in front of the shop. It is relatively clean and I can see myself hanging out here with a few friends on a Friday night. Service: When we first got in by accident, the guy behind the counter was nice enough to point us to the right direction with zero attitude. Since we planned on getting dessert afterwards anyways, we ended up trying out their donuts and Boba tea after we were done having dinner next door. We spoke with the owner’s son briefy while looking around. Apparently, he works there to help his family out at the shop. He also helps out by perfecting their Boba drinks as well as organizing the whole place since it was opened. The family actually moved here from San Francisco area. I have to say — I am very impressed with his great attitude and how much he goes out of his way to help out. He told me all kinds of ways he tried to make good drinks, and you could tell that he actually cared. Food: we got half a dozen of donuts and he was nice enough to throw 3 in for us «free of charge». I tried a few of them at home and thought they were delicious. I also ordered a Taro drink with Boba and it was absolutely amazing. Rating: I will definitely come back here again. My only suggestion to this place is putting labels in front of the display so we know what they are. ***To other Unilocaler: Support your local businesses especially this one in particular. Theyve really worked hard to be good at what they serve.

Boba & Donuts. .. A-OK describes it quite accurately. Prices are on point with Golden and Bosa Donuts. I ordered a Chocolate Old Fashioned Cruller on my way to a meeting. The texture was spongy and weird, and the oil it was fried in tasted dirty. Not a big donut fan to begin with, but there are better places in the valley to blow your treat calories on.

Bottom Line: Thai Iced Tea with Boba. These people have perfected their boba. I would know as someone who is extremely picky about where I get my bubble tea. It is chewy but not rubbery. Soft but not gelatinous. Big, but small enough to go through the straw easily. Their boba is better than Boba Tea House and Lollicup. No joke. Donuts are fresh and warm. At $ 1.36 for most donuts, the prices are reasonable. I can only eat one donut before feeling sugared-out.

Boba was okay… good enough when there isn’t anything else around. But the donuts were great! Apple fritters, buttermilk bars and boston cream filled are always delicious!

This is heaven. For what it is, anyway. Boba and Doughnuts is exactly what it says on the outside: a place that sells boba tea and doughnuts. No pretenses. There’s ice cream and coffee as well, making it more of a traditional café at times, but the obvious appeal is in the name.(1) Boba.(2) Doughnuts. Bam. The boba is superb. The boba are chewy, the Thai iced tea flavor I had was perfectly flavorful without being too sweet, and the experience was pleasant. One nice feature is that the boba are slightly smaller and more numerous than at similar places, which makes them easier to drink through a straw. The doughnuts are also good. We had a traditional glazed doughnut and a old fashioned chocolate doughnut. The former was yeast based and the latter was cake based. Both were good, though I will note that I probably couldn’t eat too many of them. The yeast doughnut was no Krispy Kreme, but it was still good. I wasn’t as much of a fan of the cake based doughnut, but that was a personal preference thing. Highly, highly recommended.
