I fly RC electric airplanes. I’ve dealt with a couple of different clerks, both of whom were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Excellent selection of stock. Prices are in line with on-​line dealers, with the benefit of having someone to help make sure I get the right part or product. A first rate hobby shop.

Took my Savage X here to get tuned. Truck wasn’t running right at all so I called a couple places in the valley and out of all of them this place had the best price and sounded the most knowledgeable. Kirk ended up doing it for me and did a fantastic job it went from literally stalling on every acceleration to now pulling wheelies every time I accelerate. Runs so good I couldn’t believe this was my truck. Also told me to run a different glow plug in it after several other shops didn’t say anything about this I guess my Hpi runs a lot better with a traxxas glow plug. I’m very new into the hobby and plan to continue to keep in it and get more trucks/​cars and I from now on will go to this place for all my parts or service. Every employee from the first guy I dropped my truck off with to the lady who rang me up to Kirk who tuned it is extremely respectful and very nice also can tell they enjoy their job and always had smiles on their faces. I would recommend anyone to come here for any rc needs. I drive from Scottsdale to here and it is well worth it.

Kirk is cool but the other guy is a complete tool. Treats the customer like he is inferior to them. Sold me the wrong part despite me asking if he was sure a universal part would work when in fact it would not. Acted as if he has no time to help his customers.

Byron was awesome. I purchased a Blade 350 QX3 with gimbal and case to use with my Gopro camera. I had read thst the gimbal set up could be difficult, however, Byron made it simple. Prices are as good as the internet, but his customer service was perfect and greatly appreciated. Duncan’s RC is the best!
