We ordered flowers for a friend whos mom had passed. We picked a nice arrangment off the FDL website and ordered from Payne & Morrison. When we showed up to the funeral the flowers we ordered were there. It was just like the picture but even better! The arrangement was gorgeous and our friend was very happy with them. They could not have done a better job. Thanks Payne & Morrison for doing such a wonderful job for our friend.

I must say I am so pleased with this place. My Valentine’s day surprise was ruined by another major company they failed to deliver or call me so here I sat on Valentines day waiting for my surprise to show. My anniversary was on the twentieth and I work out of town. I had used this florist while dating my wife but could not remember there name I finally remembered and the call was placed. After telling them my experience last week they said no problem and today my wife received it on time and what a beautiful job they did on the arrangement. Reasonably priced and they emailed me to let me know it was delivered. Great customer service way to go.

Called for roses for my fiancé’s birthday and they were delivered at her office on her birthday. The roses were in a nice vase and accented with baby’s breathe. A really great value for the price and the girl who took my order over the telephone was polite. I highly recommend them.

Unimpressed. This is the second time I’ve gotten an arrangement here and both times I’ve been disappointed. I only went back because I thought I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves but was let down once again. My latest arrangement had small dying roses on it as well as a large gap in the center and overall just a crummy look. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

By far the most amazing people I could ever wish for.
I went to three other florist in the same day all telling me anything on pintrest and in magazines doesn’t exist in nature.
Deanna and her niece were so amazing to us. They are all young and hip to all the trends that are happening in the wedding and flower world. Their entire staff was so supportive and encouraging. I knew that my friend’s wedding would be amazing and to not worry. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Just want to tell you how much we appreciate the service we received
from you when we ordered wedding flowers. My daughter had no idea
what kind of bouquet she wanted, but Shawndee worked with us and was
patient and helpful. The bride was very happy with her flowers and
the special touches you added to the bouquets made them unique and your prices were very reasonable.

Whether I drop in and pick up a bouquet or send flowers across the country I have always been extremely pleased with the selection and price, as well as, the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees! So, today is May 5 which means mother’s day is quickly approaching. I had to order flowers for my mother and I didn’t want to pay expensive fees from most online companies. I found Payne and Morrison Florists and decided to give them a call. I talked to Lisa, who was very friendly if I may say so. She was very patient and even took the time type out my message to go on to the card. You guys rock! Thanks for making this process effortless Lisa!
