Carolina Blue Pools & Spas

Craig and Carolina Blue Pools & Spas is great. We recently moved to Phoenix from MN, and this is our first pool. After checking in with three different pool companies, we selected Carolina Blue Pools.
First — Craig is dependable. He comes by when he says he is, and he does a great job at the basics: clean pool, working parts, etc. He also immediately responds to emails/​texts.
Second — Craig is patient. I’ve asked him about 1 trillion questions, and he is always happy to answer them, even if it is the second or third time I’ve asked.
Third — he’s also great at the more complicated stuff. Our pool light has needed fixing since we bought our house, and he’s connected us with a company to fix it. He’s also provided us quotes for a pebbletec redo, b/​c we have some cracking, and will need a redo in a year or two. He always does a great job at explaining pros/​cons to different approaches, types of repairs, waiting to address a needed fix versus waiting, etc.
Fourth — he’s competitive. Great rates. He was less expensive than most of the quotes when we shopped around. But that isn’t why we selected him. We selected him b/​c he seemed knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. And he is!
Fifth — he’s a dog lover! We have two little loud dogs, and he’s great with them, and understands the importance of keeping the gate closed, saying hello to them to quiet their barking when he first arrives, etc.

Excellent service, pool was clean and the job was done exactly when they said they would be there. What more can you ask for?
