Parking is clearly posted – yet, if you go early (around 7:30A) you can see employees (what? they are dressed in scrubs and/​or wearing govt ID badges) parking next to you and/​or getting out of cars in the reserved patient & visitor parking lot walking by when there is NO employee parking ANYwhere around you.
There is a parking garage being built, finally – though it was funded a decade ago.

This place hides so much when are they gonna have a turn around? Come on. Parking sucks. Nobody knows the correct information on where to go. I get lead around in a circle. To be honest i rather use an outside doctor at least i get the help i need instead of being scheduled to see a doctor twice a year when i have a heart problem.

In late 2002, during a routine Internet search, I noticed Congress had changed the eligibility for VA Health Care benefits to include all Veterans who had received an Honorable Discharge.
I applied over the Internet, got accepted and have received EXCELLENT care at the VA ever since. I’ve had the same doctor for twelve years. Dr Buckle and his staff at the Gold Clinic have been superb.
My prescription drug costs include a modest copay, My triple heart bypass surgery was performed without incident. My follow-​up care has been effective, efficient and professional.
I’ve been extremely satisfied with this program and feel my military service has been appreciated and recognized by the wonderful staff at the Cart T Hayden VA Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona.

I can’t really see why people who use the VA service complain. I’m thankful that under the affordable healthcare ultimatum, that I have free qualified health care. It is busy but there are a lot of people here to help you. If you don’t like it then don’t use it. I’m very grateful of the medical staff. The other staff… meh at times, but that’s no different than anywhere.
