Cactus scheduled an appointment for 6÷18÷2012 at 8:30 — No Show
Cactus tech called 3 hours later.
Cactus tech called and said the parts didn’t come in and it would be one more week.
No apology for not showing up.
No apology for not calling sooner about the part. So…
