Worst company EVER. The customer service, or complete lack thereof, is inexcusable. Thanks to this «business» my closing is being delayed, despite the cooperation of the seller, lender, and my realtor. They are the only involved party that can’t seem to get their sh*t together. I’ve literally had four different escrow officers (Linda, Grace, Edwin, and Janice) dealing with my file at different points in time, and NONE of them have reached out to me or provided me with any useful information. Every time I check in with my lender or realtor it’s «still waiting on _​_​_​from title.» Edwin had promised to get my realtor a fee estimate for my closing by the end of the day yesterday, and then blew her off completely. As a mortgage lender myself, I’ve seen how quickly and effectively title companies CAN be, and this is embarrassing. If my seller hadn’t required me to use them (relocation company deal) I would have changed companies by now. I will never refer any customers here, and would steer anyone away. My closing date is supposed to be tomorrow, still no appointment to come in and sign… let’s see what happens. Do I sound livid?
