My husband and I needed to store our apartment furniture in this place for a couple of months while we transition between places. The price is right AC units and all indoor which is important with living in Arizona. Well this last couple if weeks I’ve been having problems with then some managers that work there. I just don’t think they communicate well at all. I had one manager say call when you’re going pay your last payment so they can pro rate it because we were leaving 2 weeks before the next payment. They give you a five day grace period to pay you bill so I wait for that five days sometimes. So when I called to talk about the pro rate the one manager said well you didn’t call right on the day so I don’t get that upset me. But eventually I got the pro rate no way I was paying for an extra two weeks with my stuff not in the unit.
