I received number one customer service from Twain as he explained and showed me the differences in storage units and what I would need. I feel he gave me the best price he could and I left with paperwork in hand, explained fully and no question about his service standards.
I have used storage units before, never with public storage. I would recommend this location to anyone.

$ 1 move in special is a scam!!! I booked a reservation online for a 10×20 unit that I only needed for 1 month. I get to the location and I had an appointment for 11:30 and the manager wasn’t even in the office until 11:45 to assist me. I had a confirmation email showing my total move in cost is $ 23 and when I go to pay for the unit there were all types of hidden fees like insurance, administration fees, and they force you to use their lock. The actual total move in cost came closer to $ 60. This is extremely bad business in my opinion and I will never give this company $ 1 of my money. They will book your reservation to bait you in with the $ 1 promotion to waste your time and bring you into the office and dump a bunch of hidden fees on you. There are better and more affordable options out there!!!

I booked a storage unit online and was immediately contacted by the great team at Public Storage. Dave and Juan made sure I had booked the right unit for my needs and scheduled a time for me to come in and see the unit. The day before I was supposed to come in they called to remind me of my appointment. Their follow up and customer service was excellent.
