They are ok, Google has a rating of 4.5 stars in 5 reviews. I bought a Taser battery and within six months, the battery died. I wrote them to see if there was any warranty or credit and they directed me to Taser and there was no warranty. I do not know, but I get the sense that the battery was on the shelf for a while and the batteries are only good for two years. The batteries that come with the unit last longer than 2 years if there is no use. I will be wary to buy from them again.
