We have been ‘customers’ of Chris for several years. He has always been helpful and always returns our calls. My husband just bought a scooter today from Chris. Chris spent 2 hours with us, explaining the scooter and letting my husband try it out. He worked with us on assembly and dis-​assembly. I’m very grateful to have met Chris and will continue to call him in the future…

This owner really cares about his customers. What a breath of fresh air! I was a first time cane buyer and he spent alot of time with me ensuring that I bought the cane that best suited me and my needs. He even offered to check out a walker I purchased online to make sure that it was adjusted correctly for my height. Nobody offers complimentary service like that anymore.

This is a great store for purchasing items for your home medical needs. I went in to buy a walker for my mother who had had some back surgery. I was not sure what kind to get for her (and I did not know there were so many kinds) but the guy there was very knowledgeable about everything in his store and helped me pick out the one that would be best for my mom. And get this, it was even fully assembled so I didn’t have to put it together. I will surely go back to this store!

I needed medical supplies quickly for my mom’s home wound care (her home healthcare company had forgotten to order them). I called Ahwatukee Medical Supply before I went there to make sure they had what I needed. Chris answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I got there they had everything I needed. They are a little far away from me, but it was very nice to get exactly what I needed especially since I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I’m glad I know about this place and I will definitely go back when I need more supplies.

I was in need of a shower chair for a family member on a Saturday. If you are ever in need of medical supplies on a Saturday you will find that the majority of medical supply companies are closed on Saturdays. I felt so lucky to find Ahwatukee Medical Supply, they are open on Saturdays.
It is a small store in a strip mall, it was a little busy, so I waited my turn.
I walked around the store and was amazed at all the health related items that I had no idea even existed. The one thing I really appreciated was the way that they treated the customers. The average age of the customers in the store were in there 70’s and 80’s, and they were asking a lot of questions, the staff were were very clear in their answers and were also very patient. They really come across as really trying to help.
When it was my turn, I asked for what I needed and was shown a few options, I was leaning towards a different chair than what the salesman was suggesting, he clearly explained why I should get the chair he suggested. The reason was that it was a safer chair for my family member to use, and even showed me why, actually using the chair himself to make his point.
I really appreciated that.
