I would give this place a Negative star if possible. This place is not LGBT friendly. Front desk lady addressed me as Mister several times even though my name on my ID is Jasmine and my gender marker on my Passport and State ID is Female, as it also says in my reservation. I complained to Hilton Honors since I am a member. I was told they would contact the manager but I’ve learned never to believe such assurances.

This was my 2nd stay here, and I had to register a complaint with the front desk. Woke up in the middle of the night with my fitted mattress sheet up from all 4 corners. Bewildered, I went to make the bed to get back to sleep but realize I cannot because it’s a queen sheet and a king size bed. I know hotel maids are not hired for their college education but REALLY??? Everything else was fine, but this goof up really upset me to make a post of it.

Outstanding! Stayed there earlier this week and was so impressed that I wanted to be sure to get my 5 star rating in. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me into a non smoking room to be more comfortable for my young son. The hotel and rooms are honestly 4 star but service trumps it and takes them to a well deserved 5! I will be back and will recommend!

The hotel was good(location, parking, price, cleanliness, etc.), but they made a billing error that took half an hour and two people to correct. The desk clerk when I checked in the previous evening seemed confused in how a booking worked, so he double charged the room to my card even though I prepaid. The manager the next morning worked it out, but the hold is still on my card and hopefully will fall off soon.

Clean rooms. Shuttle to and from the hospital and airport to the hotel. The people couldn’t be nicer. They are very helpful. Breakfast is good and complimentary beer and drinks in the evening. If you are staying because someone is at the hospital, tell them and they will give you a special rate.

This is either my 3rd or 4th time staying here(not quite sure). They do complimentary beer, wine, and sodas, as well as a vegetable tray, chips and salsa, and two other hot snacks(tonight was wings and lasagna) on Tuesday and Wednesday for manager’s reception in the spacious lobby. Not sure what Mario was talking about in the last review, but I enjoy staying on the West side of the building to check out the orchard as the seasons change. Also, there are plenty of new food establishments around, including Rudy’s BBQ, Subway, Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonalds, and other fast food joints. I’m assuming Mario was referring to fine dining establishments. Make sure to get your money’s worth and hit up the weight room and outdoor pool/spa. I usually skip the breakfast and just fill up on coffee on the way out.

I had not ever stayed at this Hampton Inn before. Will I stay in it again, not sure. The staff was very friendly and helpful, that’s a big plus. The rooms are good and the beds were comfortable. But I like to be able when traveling for work to have some decent food places nearby, none, it’s location is not great and if you want views, forget it, nothing of any interst to see from any window. I stayed a Tuesday night and they do serve at no charge some snack foods and wine, soda and beers. Most was fine, but the cheese sticks were burnt, and the bagel bites were cold. I did’t complain because they were free! Breakfast next morning, coffee was not very hot, and flavor wise(where’s Starbucks, when you need them!), the hot portions are not very good. Stick to the yogurt and bagels. Juice was ok. Free wi-fi that’s a plus!
