Zero-chem Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I met Robert at the Austin Pet Expo. Before I hired him, I researched him and his company Zero-​Chem. I saw only positive reviews. I then called him to set up an appointment to go to my rental house in Bertram to treat the wood floors for pet urine smell. He readily agreed to go to treat the wood floors in my rental home, which he did. The issue is that Robert did not honor the written guarantee nor his verbal guarantee, which he continuously repeated while there treating the floors, and has yet to come out and treat the floors a second time. I also am unable to get him to respond to my emails, texts, or phone calls. I find him to be unreliable and he is definitely NOT a man of his word. In fact, in my opinion, I view Robert to be somewhat of a shyster as he conveyed to me that the only way he would return to Bertram was if I AND A NEIGHBOR hired him to do an additional $ 1,000+ worth of duct cleaning services (though, in all honesty he did agree to throw in the cleaning of the tile floor in the kitchen area… about 9 square feet total… for free). I will not be using him again and I do not recommend him or his services. He is NOT a man of his word.

Robert was great! He shoots it straight and knows what needs to be done. He cleaned our grout and sealed it and even came back a few days later to do some touch up work. He also cleaned our air ducts and returns. I really loved that he showed us each machine and how it worked and showed us the end results after cleaning the air ducts so we could see how dirty everything was. I highly recommend zero Chem I will be using him again!

I met Zero-​Chem at a pet fundraiser and they were having a good deal. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. Well priced too. I have nothing bad to say and would hire them again. My carpets looked and smelled great.

Robert with Zero-​Chem responded to my call with in 30 min of first call. He was very professional and friendly. What impressed me the most was his knowledge on the kinds of stains on my carpet on first look. He know what it would take to take each and every one off. The results were spectacular! I highly recommend this company.

I am fairly new to the area & I have lucked upon a floor cleaning company that I will use again. I don’t normally write reviews but this company serves it. I dealt directly with the owner & he takes pride in his work. I appreciated how he worked with me on getting what I needed for the price that I could afford. I will gladly call him again.
