I would give negative stars if it was an option. Michael is a disrespectful rude unprofessional man. He showed up at my house 20 minutes early without so much as a phone call. We have dogs and kids that we were in the process of getting dressed and ready for the inspection. When confronted he had the audacity to tell me I can’t stop him from coming in MY home. That I sold it when I signed a contract. Until I have cash in my bank account and the sale closes this is my house! And then he has the nerve to call the police on me and lie about being threatened. When he is told by the Sheriff Deputy to leave he parks on the other side of he street and stalks us for 20 minutes. I highly recommend you go with an inspector that has some level of professionalism.

Michael was very thorough and provided a detailed report in a format easy to turn into home warranty company. He explained the process up front and delivered exactly as he promised. I would highly recommend his services.

I was lucky to be referred to the this business and Michael who produced a very thorough and in depth inspection. We needed someone good and quick, Michael was very responsive and was worth every cent of his service. I referred him as the great detective for home inspection, this guy finds the best/​worst things with a house and educates you along the way willingly. I walked out of this situation with eyes wide open and felt very grateful for Michael’s observation, AND overall Michael seemed very intelligent and friendly (it’s always a plus to work with positive people). There’s no doubt he’s my «to go to» guy on home inspections.

Michael inspected the home I bought. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with the inspection. We were in a tight timeline before my option period ended, and Michael was able to give us fast turn around the report, which helped a great deal in our negotiation with the seller. He was also very helpful to explain each points that I didn’t know, so now I feel more knowledgeable about my house! Michael also helped clarify any confusion I have afterward. I would definitely use the service again.

We hired Michael to inspect our home as our 1-​year builder’s warranty was about to expire. He cost us about a quarter less than the original home inspector we used before we moved in and he found so many more issues that that original guy did not find. He spent about 4 hours inspecting our home. He was friendly, professional and thorough.
Aside from the useful inspection that will certainly save us money, he did something that I found very nice. We had originally scheduled for a Wednesday. He called to let me know that his first job of the day was running late. He asked if we’d be able to accommodate him an hour to an hour and a half later. We could not, as we had plans that night, so he offered to either reschedule or cut the job short that he was already on to make our appointment on time if that was the only option that would work for us. It was really no big deal for us to reschedule and he came out right on time two days later. I hadn’t given it a second thought as the rescheduled time was probably even better for us, but when he showed up, he tried to give me a Starbucks gift card to make up for the trouble. I just don’t see customer service like that very often.
If you’re planning an inspection before your builder’s warranty expires or even an initial inspection before you close, Michael is the inspector to go with!

Michael did a great job finding every nuanced point of concern when inspecting our new home. Our builder used his inspection report as a guide, and we were fortunate to have every issue handled before we closed on the home.

Michael did a wonderful job. The home was fairly new and stil under warranty, but he did a thorough inspection and found all the little issues that could snowball into bigger problems down the road. He did an excellent job at making sure his report and recommendations were understandable, and at getting the report to me in a timely manner.

Michael is awesome. I got my money’s worth and then some. His report covered everything I could possibly think of and was prepared with lots of pictures and explanations. Very thorough. I can really tell he is dedicated to the customer. Not sure how he could balance the work that he had done for me and be father to 7 children LOL.
