The absolute worst. Someone get a new manager to hire decent employees or actually train. In the middle of the day, I was at drive through for over 8 minutes without any communication from an employee over their speaker. I don’t know at that point if they are going to take my order or not — but I do hear orders from parked customers being taken.
If being busy was the case… they can’t handle 10 customers at once (was not busy)??
Drove up to the front, asked if it was working and nobody knows. Everybody exactly stood around as if they had no clue. Just close the drive through if you can’t operate it correctly.
This is the 5th time (not an exaggeration) this has happened at the drive through. Im done. I’ve never seen this consistent of bad service in my entire life. My wife gets the same bad service! So… obviously something is wrong here.

Went to this sonic twice in the pass two days. First time was about 4pm. Hit the button to order… nothing for about 5 minutes. Then I left. Second time was 3⁄19. Ordered my food with no issues. When they bought the order to me the car hop read it back and order was correct. Once I opened the bag a basic hamburger was in the bag. I ordered a chicken sandwich. To late since I already drove off. Makes me wonder who actually checks these orders before they bring it to the customer… Will not be going back to this place again…

Worst service. Always slow! I’ve been for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all times service is slow. Half the time your order will be wrong. Lost me as a customer, I’d rather go to Mcdonalds just because they are quicker and my order is correct.

Food was good. The wait for our food sucked. The lady that brought out our food seemed to be good at first until she never came back with the mustard!!! My husband went to the door to ask and she said she forgot. Mannn… two seconds and already forgot. Booooo! It’s always a good 30+ minute wait until we get our food. This happens everytime we are in the mood for Sonic. *sigh* those times when you wish they had indoor service!..

My corn dog was PERFECT as always. Crunchy and done thru and thru. My snickers and caramel waffle cone was a tasty treat. Taste so good I think I bit my lip.

Like most reviewers say, Happy hour does rule, and some good old american drive-​thru car hop kinda place food. Chili cheese fries, foot long chili cheese coney dog with onions. Yeah I gotta spend a little extra time in the gym, but so worth the cherry limeades.

When have extra time I like stopping by on my way to work and get a large drink for 99¢.

I thought I would come get some fast food for lunch for my family while we were working on things around the house. Fast food in Sonic speak means waiting 30 minutes for your food only to find all three kids meals are missing their drinks and we are missing an entire chicken sandwich meal. By the time I drove back up to get the rest of my order (also a very long wait) and drive home, I got to eat cold sloppy messy cheeseburgers that looked like my dog put it together. Yum!

We come for drinks and that’s it.
We came in yesterday for happy hour, car full of kids and teenagers, so its a win! But, what was a normal, fine experience changed when the Sour Apple Sprite drink one of the kids got tasted like Sour Apple NO SPRITE. It was a terrible drink, seriously! One too many pumps on the Sour Apple, shit! So she ran in to ask for a little more Sprite to balance it out, and all I got was, «that was one rude Mexican lady!!”– I said «huh?!”– Apparently the response was, «well you WANTED Sour Apple, didn’t you?”– Bitch what? I am SO sorry I didn’t go myself to correct this drink, and had we not been in the car for over 2 hour that morning with no AC, Id have gone inside and checked that shit. I didn’t. but they corrected her drink, and I’m here telling on her rude behavior instead.
Sigh. She fixed the drink, and all was balanced with the world again.

Cherry limeade ftw! I’ve never had a bad experience at this Sonic. In fact, we recently got a token for a free cherry limeade. They were slammed, and the wait was longer than normal. We didn’t even complain, and they gave us a token as a nice gesture. Yes, I’m a fan.

Cherry Limeade with light ice and spicy jumbo popcorn chicken is perfection. Although the only con I’d list is the time they take to come out. It took about 20 minutes and I was kind of in a rush and I thought they were known for their speed .?

Somewhat fast service depending on the time of day. Sometimes my order has been wrong but management has always fixed it. The parking lot is kept clean and trashcans emptied. The food quality/​presentation has been hit-​or-​miss.
All in all, this locations customer experiences have been lukewarm. I’m still searching for the Sonic ‘coup de gras’ experience that I see on their commercials with those two guys.
