Pitter Patter Photos

I could not be happier with my experience with Pitter Patter photos. The photos are gorgeous, better than any other photographer we have used in the past. She was so sweet with my little one and made her feel comfortable right away. We found this photographer with Groupon and are so glad we made that purchase.

I purchased a $ 99 groupon for a photoshoot with five high-​resolution digital pictures. I called the photographer, Naomi, left her a message and she didn’t return my call. After not hearing from her, I decided to email her. She responded within minutes saying she was working at the moment but that she would call me after 5:30 and she asked me if that time was ok with me. I responded and said yes, that works for me. I waited, and waited, and waited, and I’m still waiting to hear from her. I emailed her on a Friday and today is Wednesday; I think I have given her more than enough time to call me. I’m not sure if she felt that because I was a Groupon customer I didn’t need a response and my business wasn’t enough for her. I have contacted Groupon, explained the situation to them and requested a full refund. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I can’t rate this business on anything other than her unprofessional inability to contact a customer.
