Lil’ Mama’s Corner Cafe

We love her food! So good, extremely friendly, and great service. We used her to make thanksgiving dinner & it was amazing! We were going to use her for Christmas dinner too but ended up cooking with family instead.
Her prices are wonderful & her food is fresh and delicious. I’ve also been for lunch a couple times and she never disappoints!
She will definitely be a go to for us, you should do yourself a favor and swing by! Wish there was a 10 star option!

I love this place. The chicken salad wrap is the best! I mean is chunky chicken with garlic and lettuce and all things healthy. Well minus the mayo. There isn’t much room inside so get there early or get it to go. The upside is that Pflugerville is pretty quiet at lunch time so parking is easy to find. I also get my lunch pretty quickly! Gran a dessert while you’re there. The brownie cheesecake is my absolute favorite. I can eat it in two settings because it’s super rich, though sometimes I am bad and eat it all at once. Head over grab some lunch and get two desserts to take home! You will not regret it!

Best sandwiches and wraps in Pflugerville. But don’t take my word for it stop by and see for yourself. I’m a big fan of small businesses and local ownership. Chains can be faster and less flawed but I’m about getting real food that didn’t get processed somewhere else. Lil Mamas also hires our youths and students because they are committed to the community. Overall they leave me feeling good after a visit.

Very good Panini’s. I got the roast beef with white cheddar cheese panini and it was delicious. The girl running the place I assume she was the owner. She very friendly.

Mama’s is a one woman show and offeres salads and sandwiches. Went with a friend for a corned beef brisket panini but they no longer offered it. Tried the BLT. The bread was toasted but so lightly it made the bread seem stale. It was not a very good sandwich. My friend got a turkey sandwich and he was also underwhelmed. Not recommended.

The Good: My Club sandwich was good and my brother said the chicken salad was something special. Lil’ Mama and the cashier were very friendly and the café had a good vibe.
The Not so Good: The restaurant it very small. If the weather won’t allow you to eat outside, you may have to get your food to go.
The Takeaway: Definitely the sort of business I like to see if the old town area. I’ll be back.

Fresh & Delish!
I have been meaning to get some food from here for forever… Picked up 2 Caprese sandwiches and 2 tiny pies… pecan and apple. Very good.
The owner is very skilled and talented and there are a ton of different things to try. Someone described as a hidden gem and this is what it is! Love that it’s in PF off Main St.
Will try different things in the future… the pumpkin rolls looked really good! And I love the breads that are at Dazzle Coffee down the street.

I was really unhappy that I asked for chicken salad on white and was told it only comes in a wrap. So I said «oh they’re premade?» And was told snottily that the food is made when ordered. So then make it on white! I was also told that the turkey was «roasted and carved fresh». No way. It was that wet, slappy kind of deli turkey. I REALLY wanted to like this place as I’m dying to find a real deli (and not a chain) but this place is nothing special.

Great little sandwich place in Pflugerville. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for take out. Staff was very kind! We will be going back soon!

I hate to do this but I just wasn’t that impressed. Maybe it was my timing or my menu choice… I went in for dinner at about 6:15pm and ordered the chicken salad wrap with a side salad. The wrap was good and it did have a lot of chicken in it but I definitely could have made it at home. The side salad was good but once again nothing special. There desserts looked delicious so maybe I should of had one.

I stopped here starving and I left rubbing my belly! I think if I could eat pumpkin bread and apple crisp all day I would. I met the owner, who us like meeting your favorite cousin, and I was hooked on the pecan pie but oh that fresh bread she makes is a buttery dream. I can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu. I really loved the home feeling atmosphere that was clean and comfortable. I’m a Lil Mama fan!

Went here for a quick lunch bite on my day off. I had the chicken salad wrap after reading the reviews here on Unilocal.It did not disappoint. The young lady working behind the counter was very nice and efficient. I also had the cheesecake brownie… yummmm. If you’re in the downtown P-​ville area, give Lil Mama’s a try!

Wanted to try something new and this was one of the closest restaurants to my brother’s house. This is a small place with about 4 to 5 tables. The girl that took my order was super sweet. I ordered the chicken salad, turkey club, grilled cheese and brownie cheesecake. They have a large chalk board menu. I took my order to go. Another woman offer a physical menu as I was taking a photo of the board. I opened it when I got home and realized that there are actual combos not listed on the board… bummer. I would have added on a drink. Oh well.
As for the food, the chicken salad had great flavor from the garlic mayo. I would have liked more of the dried cranberries in it cause the bites with it were great. The turkey club was huge! Three slices of bread and plenty of meat. The bacon could have been crunchier but overall it was my favorite. Sadly, it was my dad’s sandwich so I only got a bite. The cheesecake brownie was wonderful… how can you go wrong. Two of my favorite things. I shouldn’t have eaten it all, but I did! Don’t judge!!!

Corned beef brisket panini and chicken salad sammy were very good. Lots of cheesy melty goodness and corned beef, chicken salad was very tasty or at least the half of my wife’s Sammy I ate… was! Enjoyed a caramel frozen coffee drink and a glass of hibiscus tea, pumpkin bread had to wait till I got home to eat with a hot cuppa jo.

My first visit and I’m in love! I’ll definitely be back and will take the hubby, too.
Lil’ Mama’s Corner Café is a small spot in downtown Pflugerville. The menu offers fresh-​made sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts. They have casseroles available to take home and cook, as well.
Lil’ Mama happened to be the one on duty the day of my visit. She was friendly and provided exceptional service. I ordered the chicken salad wrap — AMAZING! She made it fresh after I ordered it. It was savory and sweet all at the same time. The best chicken salad I’ve had. I also gave in to the brownie bottom cheesecake — YUM. Topping it all off was the unsweet hibiscus tea — so REFRESHING!
I cannot wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu!

Heather is so awesome, I love little family owned businesses and our little town is trying to get a good variety of stores thriving for us. Lil Mama’s has ready to bake one dish items on a rotating menu, we tried the Chicken Enchiladas which were yummy and still have her pulled pork enchiladas to try. It is very affordable and for a day when you don’t feel like cooking, just call ahead and she will have it ready for you.
We also did a dessert tasting with her, she took the time to walk us through all of her items and we sampled quite a variety. She has very good lemon bars, unique crust. Her brownies are pretty good along with mini pecan pie that is not too sweet. The cheesecake brownie was our favorite, she does the cheesecake new york style so I loved it.
They also make their own bread products! Look for her baked goods at Dazzle coffee.
It is worth stopping in to check out and saying hi to Heather, she is very friendly and welcoming.

Food is delicious! Garlic mayo is freaking awesome! Only thing I wish is that they had fountain drinks. But other than that, loved this place and would be visiting on my lunch more often for sure.

Not what we paid for needless to say. Thanks for the dry cake and no follow through when we called you to express our disappointment.

Cute little corner café. Heather and her staff are nice and very welcoming. Simple and satisfying.

So what would you expect in a café opened by a baker? Delicious house-​made bread for the panini? Check. Cheesecake? Check. Brownies? Check. Cheesecake on top of a brownie? Double check. New lunch favorite in Pflugerville? For sure.
I had the ham and turkey panini with garlic mayo. The portion size was generous and the ingredients were fresh but it really was the bread that made the panini shine. You could tell the bread was homemade and it really made the panini stand apart from what you get at most places.
Since Lil Mama’s started out as a food trailer bake shop you pretty much have to order dessert. The brownie cheesecake had a nice thick layer of proper cheesecake on top of a brownie filled with chocolate chips. It was an interesting combo that totally works. Try it.
