Save yourself a giant headache and look elsewhere. If you do hire them, don’t plan on seeing them again after their initial visit and they cash your check (that is supposed to cover return visits if you have any further issues).
They came out about a year ago, removed critters from our attic and did enclosure work. Everything held for a while and then we could see that their shoddy enclosure work had been opened and we could hear critters in the attic once again.
Called them out to inspect/​close things back up… stayed home from work, and they blew me off… no call, no nothing. I get back in touch and they promise me they’ll come back out later in the week, we set a day and time, I stay home from work yet again… nothing. No call, nobody shows. I’ve left 10+ messages on their voicemail and none have been returned. Be advised that they have several unresolved disputes with the Better Business Bureau.
Really disappointing that people choose to go about doing business this way… thankful for venues like this where I can at least warn others.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the SHADIEST outfit ever. Joe was happy to come out and charge me $ 1500 to rat proof my house, offering a 3 year warranty. It’s been 4 months and the rats are back, so I called to get their help since I am only 4 months into my 3 year warranty. My husband and I have made multiple calls, left many voice mails, tried to contact them on their website and they have not responded. Nothing. They are clearly still in business but do operate an honest business. Do not use this service.

Terrible! I had been hearing noises for quite some time. There was a hole in the ceiling of the garage and one day I saw a squirrel peeking out so I set a trap but I caught a RAT instead. I continued to set rat traps for about 8 months and caught a dozen or so but it wouldn’t stop. I realized I needed professional help to seal up the entries. I contacted ATX and the tech ‘Joe’ said he didn’t see Squirrel dropping but did find rat droppings. He said he sealed all entries and nothing should get in or out and he caught one or two rats before leaving. This cost about $ 800 and the work is guaranteed for 3 years. Three days after he left a squirrel chewed its way out of my garage attic door. I continue to hear scratching and noises over the next 3 or 4 months and finally called them back. This time when he inspected he said he found squirrel droppings but no rat droppings and said since it was a different species it would cost me another $ 800! I was curious as to why the sealed entries would keep a rat out but not a squirrel since they are about the same size. He also said that they don’t cohabitate but they do! I saw a squirrel, caught a rat. He caught rats and a squirrel chewed its way out. He said the squirrels are getting in through the mushroom vents but I thought he sealed everything? He said they get in but can’t get out… so then wouldn’t I have an attic full of dead squirrels? Makes NO sense. I called and asked management to call me back and no one ever did! Be wary of the company!
