I’ve known and had Phillip work on me for several ailments since 2000 when I came in with a very stiff and painful 6-​month old frozen shoulder. His particular style of deep tissue work got rid of my shoulder pain and had my shoulder moving fully within 3 or 4 sessions. More recently, he has been working very successfully to help me manage stiffness and significantly reduce pain connected to my Parkinson’s Disease (which I was diagnosed with last year.)
I highly and unequivocally recommend Phillip Paskal for any body ailments that can be helped by highly skilled and very experienced therapeutic deep massage of which Phillip is a master.

I’m a middle aged man who thinks he can go out and play sports as if it was 20 years younger. Body parts tighten up, ankles, hips, etc. Philip’s work is extraordinary. He teachs you how to «breathe» with the his massage (heller) work, and the results are incredible. With injuries that I am normally out for a week he has «fixed» after one session (sometimes 2). I could not recommend anyone higher than Philip, if you have injured yourself, strained a joint, muscle, tendons, etc. Give him a call. I recommend him to trainers and their clients as well

My son has been experiencing back pain for a year now — he is in the army doing rigorous work and is leaving for Afghanistan in April. I desperately needed him to get some relief before he left. Philip was amazing with him! He worked with my son to identify the problem areas and related to him in a way that he would understand, and educated him completely on the problem and helped him find the solution. Philip warned my son that his work was addicting and when we left, my son said that Philip was not kidding, that he could totally get addicted to the treatment he was given! My son felt 110% better after we left and gained education on how to help himself while deployed. Most excellent!
