I’m frustrated with them. They are my favorite pizza place but for the past month, I can’t reach them by phone. What’s up?! Can’t order if they don’t answer the phone.

I’ve been enjoying Romeo’s since I was a kid and they were over by the old Safeway before staples existed and I’m so sad that they have gone downhill. My favorite Sunday dinner was pesto gnocchi Mediterranean chicken pizza and a Romeo’s salad. I have spent $ 75 for the last time this weekend… what once used to be amazing is now mediocre at best. The pesto gnocchi although over done and mushy is still tasty and I know I will crave it once again but I will no longer order salads that now lack all the delicious toppings and homemade dressing nor pizza with lackluster flavors and too acidic olives and burnt and chewy crust …I really hope people continue to order and they stay in business but the quality that was once there is no longer.

I ordered through EAT24. Ordering was by far the easiest part of this order. Easy order turned miserable. Three pastas; one pesto, two alfredos. Upon delivery delivery all three had pesto sauce. I have kids that are allergic to some pesos. I understand mistakes happen, but when I call to get the food I ordered the response I got was sir you’ll get a discount on your next order. She didn’t even offer to send the right food. What an idiot. After a 5 minute debate between myself, the ditz on the phone, and the ignorant cooks who refused to believe they made the food incorrectly; the phone gets passed to a different waitress. She immediately offers the correct food. Done deal. As for the cooks; I was a chef for five years and I know the difference between sauces. So when you don’t think the customer can hear you in the background it would be better to keep your mouth shut and start cooking. Just terrible service, plain and simple.

Order the red boy special with no bell peppers. Pizza was best sourdough around. Great service, very attentive.

Sorry to report but this place is on its way down. Even with the owner working, they were serving undercooked pizza, dead dough, and one dish out at a time to tables of 6. Orders were mixed up, wrong items were brought to tables, yet the boss just stays in back running atound like a chicken with its head cut off, trying to keep up with the salad and pasta orders. How about coming out apologizing for the gliches, offering some comps and try to save your patronage by your regulars. Really disappointed, your saving grace was the waitress. Get the«telephone“only girl off her high horse and onto the floor to fill drinks, set up cleared tables, and seat customers… all she needs is a wireless headset to click onto a call to take the order. Been supporting you for over 5 years, will be checking back in 6 months, hope you guys fix things.

Fantastic sourdough pizza in a perfect location. Romeos has some of the best pizzas in Petaluma and it is all because of the crust. The pizzas are ready quickly and I’ve never had one that I’d take back. After your pizza, you can have some cream puffs which are delicious.

MYFIRSTTIMEHERE: Be prepared for a long wait time. I walked in(wasn’t greeted– had to catch someone’s attention), ordered a large specialty pizza and hot wings… 30 minutes waiting. This place is a total«call ahead» or delivery spot. The dining room was EMPTY(on a Thursday). The pizza dough was good, sturdy, not greasy. I was SUPER disappointed with the BBQ Chicken(half) of my pizza. It was overflowing with BBQ sauce, chicken was so over cooked it puffed out of your mouth like powder and it was missing the Cilantro(as advertised). Seriously, it was dripping with sweet BBQ sauce. The combination(half) was to DIE for. It was probably the BEST combination pizza I’ve ever eaten. The sausage that they use is really quality stuff. I will definitely be back to try out other toppings. But I 200% recommend the combination pizza! Oh. Also… Parking is HORRENDOUS!!! You’ve got to walk either across the extremely busy street, or across the bridge and down the alley.

This establishment does not care about its patrons. All they seem to care about are the phone in orders while famines sit inside the restaurant waiting for their food. Our experience was mind blowing as good came out in different times after starvation set in. Everyone ate while others sat and watched and even shared. We all were amazed while the kitchen continued to prepare to «to go» orders. This is one establishment that I will never revisit ever again. Take care of your brick am mortar people!

Man, I really wanna like this place. I had a piece of pizza one day while at work from Romeos that was pretty good, We ordered delivery from them twice now. The first time we ordered an «artisan pizza» that I personally found far from«artisanal». Tonight we ordered wings(basically in edible), a pepperoni pizza and I believe the words the online menu used were«home baked cookies». They were baked in a bakery on Seattle, and then shipped. Also the pizza tastes like middle school cafeteria lunch. Passssssssssss. Edited to add: cookies have freezer burn. Delivery staff was great though.

I liked this place, pizza was pretty good, garlic knots good. I ordered online for delivery. The only issue I had was; it literally took 1 ½ hours for delivery and I’m 6 mins away. When I called for an ETA They were very apologetic and said they were down a driver. Even the driver apologized when he finally arrived. Maybe next time call ahead of time or email the customer and tell them it will be longer than normal. Super nice people and I will go back but maybe not delivery. Just inform your customers next time, they can be very understanding.

BOGUSASSPIZZA! Maybe the wife and I are just pizza snobs because we grew up in Chicago around sooo much good pizza. But if you order a thin crust it should be thin and crispy! If you are paying for artichoke HEARTS you get exactly that not a few measly outside skins. Hell, the entire pie only had 9 tiny pieces of linguica. And don’t even get me started with the weak ass salad! Save your money you can get the same quality at little cezars for 5 $!

We had a great meal and great service! My 13 year son and I shared a garlic and meatball Calzone which was so generous that we even had leftovers! My husband had the arrugala salad and it was delish. Very reasonable prices for yummy food!

Had my sons 1st birthday party here. We sat In the patio outside covered with jasmine and honeysuckle filled trellis. Everytime the wind blew it gave off a pleasant smell. Buffet was setup inside and it was a lovely. Food was hot and delicious and service was extraordinaire. Thank you for making this a memorable 1st birthday for my family.

Love this delivery pizza! I was pleasantly surprised after moving to the area recently and needing a quick meal and fast! Looked up delivery and was worried at the lack of name brand options that I new of. Well I took a chance on a mom and pop store that I had never had before and I am so glad I did. We only order from here now and the whole family loves the fresh baked taste. No more fake name brand chain stores for us. New town, new life, new pizza! You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered from here on a Sunday night for pick up because of the convenient location. Not only did our pizza take about 30 mins longer than they said it would on the phone but when we got home we found that the crust was burnt to a crisp, the toppings were sparse leaving some parts of the pizza only dough and a little sauce AND they messed up our order giving us plain bread sticks which were dry instead of garlic. I will not be ordering pizza from Romeo’s again and it’s too bad because their location is really convenient for me.

Came in on a Monday afternoon. It was windy outside. cold. Upon entering you’re immediately greeted with a counter within arms reach. Awkwardly, I look for the menu area. while the chef asks if I’m here for the slice. Apparently Mondays offer cheap slices when coupled with drinks. PRO: I get a Cheese pizza slice that was HUGE. I mean this really should be called 2 slices. The cheese is nice and fresh hot, and the dough is crisp. They have a giant projector wall for TV viewing inside. CON: The place was stuffy. to be honest it straight up smelled weird in there. I was offered a seat outside and I took it, because I’d rather be cold than smell whatever it was in there. Overall I want to like this place, they serve a lot of beers. it’s within walking distance of the house. But that funk inside is just out of left field and making me question if I should eat there again. My suggestion is air out the place and keep it that way. and then I’d be back perhaps.

I am new to Petaluma just one month and heard good things about this place. I just ordered a pizza it came very cold barely even warm! it’s outrageously overpriced! The Bread sticks were hard flat and cold just very very sub standard sub par food. Not great in my opinion, I don’t think I will come here again.

I’ve been going here ever since i moved to Penngrove. Most of the times have been OK, except for some times where there were some minor problems with my pizza, but they always offer you a new one, which is good. The ambiance is casual and well relaxed. I personally love ambiance like this. The service is fine, but the people at the front desk are awesome, by the way. The food, like i mentioned, does have it’s faults but none then less delicious. It’s also REALLY greasy. Overall, this is a pretty well run pizza joint. I’d definitely recommend it to other people.
