Really good lunch specials. Usually around $ 10. Mini pizza, which is thinner crust, 4 pretty good sized slices with two toppings, a salad, and a drink. Always served hot, and really good. Lasagna and Meatballs in sauce are also very good. They also have a good beer selection. Not a fancy place, but good service.

Im an east coast girl and was very excited to find this east ciast style italian restaurant. One of the few places I’ve found on this coast with yummy baked pastas like manicotti, stuffed shells, etc. The manicotti is awesome and a great value. I was looking forward to trying one of their calzones. Hard to find a good one in this area. I ordered the small combo calzone. The menu states that there is $ 1 surcharge for sharing a small in house. It wasnt that big. If u want to share and are very hungry this wouldnt be enough. It was overstuffed with all kinds of meat and veggies but very little cheese and to my disappointment, NO ricotta even though the menu said that was an ingredient. The crust was soggy and fell apart when i picked it up but I’ll take the blame for that since I ordered to go and was 15 minutes late to pick it up. I’ll probably give it a try again but in house and i will specify ricotta please! When i arrived, the special board was advertising stuffed shells with salad and garlic bread for only $ 8! Wish i had gotten that! Anyway, baked pastas are totally worth it and i will return

So this place has been around forever… with the Tec invasion, it’s gonna see more complaints from the whiner’s needing constant attention and unrealistic(pathetic actually) expectations… this family does and always has worked hard. the price vs quality and generous portions is the best deal in town, and the fact that they are down town… makes them top dogs…

This place is amazing! Affordable lunch specials, authentic and homemade, they even made me a recommended favorite pizza to try. Very friendly! And they do accept credit cards!

My date and I were so excited that we had a hard time deciding what to order. By the time our food arrived I noticed my order was incorrect. When confronted, the waitress, Rosalia Silvana, not only told me I was dead wrong but proceeded to blame the mistake on me and my dates’ long time taken to order. I was appalled, backed off and said it was fine. She disgruntledly went back to her table, pulled out her phone, and argued loudly and profanely with a man at the bar. This ruined our experience although the food was delicious and she gave us a discount. Bummed but full of yummy food.

SERVICESUCKS, I would minus one star but I won’t. The food legit saved this review! Like legit saved this review! We walked in & she let us know that we can choose our seats. The place is super cute! Postcards lined the walls. Love that stuff! Girls with long hair, watch out when leaning back in the chairs, your hair will get stuck, it happened to my cousin. We got our food before we received our drinks & it was a hot day so we were pretty parched. Being HANGRY probably didn’t help either. I got a salad but it looked like most of the lettuce has seen better days, so I just put it to the side. The waitress was by herself, I get it… but dude, she needs more training. No bueno dude. I ordered the Braciola Eggplant which is a lightly breaded egg plant rolled with a four cheese and herb stuffing. GREATFORVEGETARIANS! Which btw; they had a TON of vegetarian options so I was surprisingly confused on what to get.(that usually never happens) OMG, it was BOMB! I loooooooooove it! It came with mini garlic bread slices, so yummy! I totally recommend, recommend!

I’m a Native New Yorker, and can honestly say this is by far the best NY style Pizza in Northern California! My only suggestion is that they need to make an 18″ pie which allows you to fold your slice even more :-)

Delicious NY-style pizza — so good! Great flavor and service. Salads and breadsticks are good too. Our new go-to spot!

After not coming here for a while tried it again last night. Very disappointed as it had been good in past. Tasteless pizza and poor service.

If I can give this place a zero stars I would!!! We walked in and wanted to sit on the bar high stool area and the lady we claims she’s the boss was extremely rude yelled at us to sit on the small chair table, ordered our sandwiches and they where extremely sloppy not to mention a hair inside my friends sandwich! don’t come here! Disgusting horrible service

My calzone was absolutely scrumptious. I asked for the pizza sauce instead of the spaghetti/marinara and was much happier with that. Cooked well throughout, flavorful, scrumptious. I literally ate it over 3 meals. My dining partners didn’t love their lunches, nor did I enjoy the tastes of their food, so I’m keeping at 3 stars. I also think the no-refills on soda is goofy

I’m from Brooklyn New York we moved to Petaluma a few years ago never tried this place because I figured it couldn’t compare to actual Brooklyn pizza. I’m pleasantly surprised! This place is The real deal. Great sauce and the crust is perfect.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever tried. It’s Bisquick for the crust and canned tomato paste for the sauce. Shitty black canned olives from the 60s. And where do you even find cheese that has no flavor? Bland. Flavorless. Like the creators of this place had never tried pizza before.

Simply some of the best pizza I’ve ever had(and I lived in NY City for a year). Gf & I split a pineapple-anchovy 12″(small) pie. First time we’ve tried this combination of toppings, and it might be our new go-to combo – the sweet and salty balanced each other perfectly. It was enough to fill us both. Plenty of tangy sauce, the right amount of cheese(not too much, not too skimpy), and some of the best crust – perfect ratio of crunch-chew-foldability. And at $ 12.95, a good deal. Add one of those great Izze sodas and you’ve got a real treat. I wish these guys were closer to where we live.

My fiancé and I strolled in here on a Sunday evening while walking downtown. What a hidden gem! I had the portobello ravioli with sundries tomato pesto and my honey had the eggplant parmigiana sandwich. Both were so amazing! We will definitely be back to this family friendly spot. Thanks for the great food!

This place has really taken a down turn since the Italian grandma left the kitchen. It used to be my all time favorite Italian restaurant but now the food quality and service has taken a huge hit. I always order the spaghetti bolognese and to be honest, it’s still pretty good, but everything else is not so good. Tonight my husband ordered the chicken saltimbocca with the sun dried tomato sauce and it was burnt and bland. It even had what seemed like sand in it. The garlic bread, which used to be light, crispy and buttery, was inedible. It seemed like it had been sitting around the kitchen for hours, it was so tough you couldn’t bite through it. The Petaluma dentists will do well if they continue to serve it. They’ve started offering buy one get one coupons which seems to me to be a death knell for local businesses. It really bums me out because I used to LOVE this place. I wish Granny would come back or maybe someone who gave a crap about the quality. :(

We used to love this place. Tonight we went and got there while it was still relatively empty. My daughter ordered a mini pepperoni pizza. We had to ask for silverware and napkins and still didn’t get enough for everyone at the table. The restaurant started filling up. We waited… and waited. and waited. We were all finally served(with 2 knives for a 5 top) except for my daughter’s pizza. The waitress explained that they had a huge«20 pizza take out order». OK. Then we noticed that 3 other tables got pizzas, pepperoni even. And yet my daughter waited still. She finally got the pizza when we were all finished. Oh, but HUGE bonus, they took it off the tab. Gee, thanks so much. Also, here is a tip, ask people if they want refills, even if we have to pay for them, we would like to be given the option. Owners, you may want to hire more than one waitress for the weekend evenings. This place has really gone downhill. It will be a long, long time before I return and I will make sure to tell all of the families that I know to feed their children before going to eat. It’s a small town, word travels quickly.

CASHONLY. They don’t tell you this. There are no signs. Just FYI before you sit down. Okay– the 4 stars: ordered the Caesar salad and mushroom/pepporni pizza. Caesar was standard, but tasted home made… Not out of the bottle. Comes with two small pieces of garlic bread. Got the medium size which had 8 slices. Pizza was delicious. Nice and gooey with a thinner«New York» style crust. I don’t eat pizza a lot for caloric reasons, but this pizza was a great choice on a night I was breaking my rules :) If you are Bay Area native, look on the wall for an old postcard from your hometown… Kind of fun to amuse yourself with scanning the postcard collage while the pizza cooks. The waitress that night was overworked, but our pizza and salads came out fast… And we didn’t really need to be checked on anyway. Great place to eat before going to a show at the Mystic theater. They offer late night slices on Friday and Saturday nights, otherwise plan on ordering a full pizza.

It’s keeps getting better. What a place to go on a hot Friday night. It’s great when you hear a new couple coming in and saying they wanted to see what all of the fuss was about an had to come grab a slice.
