Peet’s Coffee & Tea

Okay. So went in this morning for my weekly usual a large EXTRA iced black tea with a pump of mango in it. The nice young woman that rang me up repeated to me the order back and then I asked about bread and she said they are all good. I went with zucchini today. She was right it was very good! Thanks for the tip! So in the meantime of my order I see the other woman filing up the cup with mainly tea. I said can I please have more ice I ordered EXTRA ice, she says okay dumps out tea and puts in a prolly 3 more iced cubes. She then says how many pumps of mango, I said one please. She does the pump and goes back to the tea, to put in more tea. I then say AGAIN more ice please. Nope, doesn’t add more ice. I end up with a warm iced tea with 6 small pieces of ice. Weird. I am annoyed when I have to ask 3 times for something and still don’t get it. I won’t be back to this location anymore the one on MCDOWELL actually listens to their customers and I never have to repeat my order.
The other weird thing about this location is there is always a line and never enough staff. Not sure if they get a low amount of hours or what the deal is. I have seen on numerous occasions people walking out irritated.

I love Peets but the Petaluma store is so poorly managed that I’ve stopped going. They’re consistently out of beans and the people who work there don’t seem to give a rat’s ass. Love Peets coffee: this store, not so much.

I just love Peet’s Coffee! Except for one staff member that doesn’t know the meaning of customer service… the rest of the staff is really nice, attentive and great! The quality of the coffee is just the way I like it… strong, bold and intense! It’s exactly what I need to start my morning off right (with a BANG)!

I’ve been a coffee snob for years, and being from Berkeley I truly do love peets, but this peets needs some tlc. The management seems great when they’re there, but they need some adult staff here for things to run smoothly, not scantily clad teenage girls clearly being lazy on the job and taking selfies behind the counter. My other major complaint is one of the «sales leads» kail clearly had nail polish on while making my cappuccino, which is a major health code issue, not to mention gross, who wants old nail polish with there drink?

The Peet’s Coffee and Tea in downtown Petaluma is a great place to meet friends for wonderful coffee concoctions and conversation. Service is quick and friendly, the sitting areas are comfortable and the location works great for those fortunate enough to be working around the «old Petaluma» downtown. I am really writing this as a thank you to the company and especially to all staff who do such a great job at consistently making a visit to Peet’s an enjoyable experience. Whenever I am in Petaluma, this is my go to spot. The staff is always super friendly and seem like they are genuinely happy to see you. Today, at the suggestion of the cashier, I got to try one of their new Mighty Leaf teas. OH MY GOSH!!! I didn’t think I could love this Peet’s anymore but they proved me wrong. I can’t wait until I I am back in town so I can visit again.

LOVE Peet’s. Starbucks is a thing of the past after discovering great coffee! This location makes my drink perfect and they’re always fast!

Good place to meet people for coffee in Petaluma. Fairly spacious for a Peet’s and superior coffee.

In town to hang out with family. Stopped by for my caffeine kick! Saw on Unilocal they had $ 1.00 off your order if you check-​in so i checked-​in! I love their coffee. it’s strong but this time I ordered their iced Chai latte extra DIIIRRRTTTYYY (2 shots of expresso)! It was delicious. no complaints!

Really not a fan of peets. There is great coffee all over town. Not bad if you just want a quick cup, but that’s about it.

This is my first time to a Peet’s coffee and so far I love their business because they serve tea in tea pots.
I don’t know if it is because I’m in Petaluma or because it is a Peet’s coffee but the service here is wonderful.
Their coffee is a bit stronger compared to Starbucks but the matcha green tea latte is amazing!
Peet’s has earned me as their customer

Came here an hour before closing with Mr. Eric C. We were scoping out Lala’s Creamery and a dinner spot in this cute historical town.
Mocha, extra hot and no whip — It wasn’t extra hot, but they didnt give any whip. All good, I guess? Eh.
Probably the most spacious Peet’s I’ve ever been to where the couches are pretty chill.

This Peet’s is sweet, a great location (near the gym for those of you buff folk), good coffee, great employees, go here and drink the java!

As a confessed coffee addict, I have probably sampled all the coffee shops in Petaluma. I am so sorry Deaf Dog is gone, but we still have some great independent shops here.
Peets coffee is by far superior to most others. Their beans are great and that makes all the difference.

It’s no mystery, I love Peet’s coffee!
This is actually my 9^th Peet’s location reviewed. & 1 of the nicest I’ve been to. I visited this Peet’s twice in a week, late morning/​early afternoon both times. Service was fast, friendly & efficient both times.
I was in & out in no time with my caffeine boost for the gym just down the street. Really, that’s what I’m looking for most of the time with a coffee shop. Excellent smooth coffee, fast, so I can get on with my day.
I love Peet’s coffee & Peet’s downtown Petaluma was a great place to get that cup of caffeinated love.

My least favorite location in two counties. Why? Lack of adult supervision. Today’s example:
Made the wrong drink. Called the wrong name. So I waited and waited. Then when i asked they got all bent out if shape. And yes I was nice at that point.
When they did remake it they just slid it across the counter and said.there.
Oh well

Went to Peets because I thought other places were closed for the holiday. I had to toss the latte I got at Peets. The milk was over-​steamed giving it an off-​taste and a pudding-​like consistency floating on top. Should have tossed the scone as well… belly-​bomb.

Good coffee spot. Love it. Nice feel and cool people. Design is perfect Good business to have.

I really love their latte’s & made mine rather quickly, I also enjoy their scones & croissants.
However I didn’t appreciate the rude customers around me. This one lady kinda pushed me so she can get her coffee and went back n forth several other times. When I first got there I tied my aunts dog to the bench & this man sat next to her & started to smoke a cig. These people need a common courtesy wake up call.
