Great place
Excellent, clean, and safe place, still reasonably priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rented from them twice in the past and would definitely go back there again.

The staff are pleasant when you are talking to them and the units are very acceptable. The back unit (looks like old military units?) was a great bargain until they raised the prices 40%. We did have a rather harmless little visitor and there are some sharp edges to avoid.
It is a different personality when you are not talking face to face though. My bank account is set to send a check the end of the month so it will always go out on or before the first. They are absolute in charging you penalties even if they just haven’t opened their mail yet. This is also without any consideration for numerous commercial storage boxes given to them and a credit balance every month equal to what the rent used to be. Amazing.

I can’t recommend Michele & Loc N’Stor enough!
When I made a big move last year, she helped make my move MUCH less painful. She really bent over backwards to help arrange to get the moving truck to the right spot, arranged for it to be left on the premises while we unloaded, and even helped us move into our new place. Oh yeah, and the prices are very competitive as well!

Michelle and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices for space beat most locations in Petaluma and the location is convenient. I would recommend Loc-​N-​Stor to all of my friends.

I have rented storage units all over town over the past 20 years and have found them all to be pretty comparable. They usually all have pretty good access hours.
Shop around for the best price would be my best advice. You are going to use it so rarely that I wouldn’t worry about access hours or things like that.
