This place sucks so bad. Had breakfast there and the sausage links look old and maybe deep fried. My son had pancakes and cream was oozing out of them cause it was under cooked. We didn’t eat. Payed the bill and left. The place was so dirty. Not a good experience. Please beware.

Really expensive for what does offer. Me and my partner had breakfast there a couple of sundays ago. We ordered the same thing two waffles, scramble eggs with bacon and coffee. One of the waffles was too airy and the other one was too floury; at the end my ticket was almost $ 40 for a breakfast i couldn’t believe it. Never will visit this place again. Not the best food experience, expensive and it looks too cheap, they don’t even pay attention to customers.

Mercedes has excellent coffee and great Cuban sandwiches. And the women behind the counter are always friendly, no matter how busy.

Mercedes Café is American and Spanish Cuisine. For lunch they have a must try Cuban Sandwich, or the delicious Media Noche, or Midnight, the cuban sandwich on sweet bread. Wow these are good! The breakfasts are really tasty too. They have a delicious breakfast sandwich called the Belly Buster, 2 eggs, sausage, pork roll, bacon and cheese on a roll for under $ 5. They have an awesome deal breakfast platter, 2 eggs, home fries, toast and oj for $ 2.95. They serve grits too, with eggs. Yum. The coffee is also very good. The NY NY Frank Sinantra Omelet is amazing, italian sausage, onion, green pepper, fresh garlic and swiss and mozzarella cheese!!! I am very picky about homefries and this place makes them perfect! They also make an extremely tasty jersey staple, pork roll egg and cheese.
