I have used Busy Bees for several years now. I used their services the first time because my basement flooded. They came in and sucked up the water out my basement. They did a very good job. After that I’ve been using their carpet cleaning services and it’s definitely worth the money! I love that they are professional and always on time. They are friendly and if a certain spot needs more attention than others, (Mr. Carter) will make sure that it’s thoroughly tended to.

After moving into our house, we were noticing that the dryer took longer than necessary to dry our clothing. After getting many warnings regarding the possibility of dryer lint fires being caused by clog vents, I decided to get them cleaned. To do this I purchased a Big Deal off of Angie’s list. After purchasing the big deal, it did take a while to schedule an appointment (missed calls), but was finally able to via email. Anthony arrived on our appointment day a bit late, but did a very comprehensive job. He made sure that he got rid of all of the lint and cleaned up after himself. After about 2 hours we had removed a large and thick layer of dryer lint. Now our dryer is working better than ever.
