I should have payed attention to the warning sign! I called the night before to reserve an early morning pick up — traveler size coffee for a meeting; after the lady put me on hold for five minutes and the call dropped I decided to call back. A guy took the order and said everything would be ready to go. I show up at 6:30am in the morning, no order was reserved. Apparently when you’re a Star you make Bucks regardless of the orders reserve or not ;-)

I stopped in last night around 9:30 to grab my mom and I a coffee before a little Christmas shopping. I was greeted very warmly and was helped right away. Our drinks were perfect and all 3 Baristas made us feel super welcome! I called corporate this morning to leave a good review also.

The girl at the counter was so rude when I asked if I could have fresh coffee because the guy before me mentioned his coffee was cold. Then she said«is pouring» and put my cup in right when it first started pouring. I asked if she could wait until it was done and she gave me an attitude. Which is crazy because they are KNOWN for changing their coffee every 30 mins so how is it my fault that it’s not? So I wait for my coffee, take it down the street and sip it. It’s disgusting. Not sure if it’s the coffee or if she put in sugar free vanilla. So I come back around the corner after driving off to come in and ask for a new cup. I asked if I could have an Americano instead since it tastes gross. She said she would have to refund me and charge me extra for the Americano. When in the world has Starbucks ever charged for their coffee not tasting right? I always see a sign… Not right? We’ll remake it for you. I was mostly frustrated because this is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that seems to have this policy & has rude baristas.

If you want to get a coffee to go, it’s fine. But if you want to meet a friend to chat, or do some work on your tablet, forget it. The workers blast pounding music so loud they can’t even hear you place your order.

Avoid this Starbucks at all costs! I’d rather drive a further distance than be subjected to the unprofessionalism, sarcasm & rudeness of the employees at this location. During my 5 minute visit they managed to insult 2 customers!!! They obviously don’t understand the concept of customer service/satisfaction. SMH!!! Remember if not for the consumer you would be out of a job!!!

I’m always taken back by their discrimination. The employees have their obvious favorite customers and fawn over them, where if you don’t kiss the barista’s ass or find yourself on their manager’s bad side, you’ll get your drink but the service is awful. You get no greetings, sour faces, and board line condescending attitude from freaking coffee servers! I’ve been to many Starbucks and the two in Perris have to worse customer service I’ve encountered. They suck!

I waited far too long to get 2 drinks just now. There were 3 people working, one at the register, one on bar, and one running around. The one on bar, would not stop talking to everyone and was slow as molasses. Sir, zip it and make some drinks.

This place gets automatic stars for just being a Starbucks in Perris. Unfortunately, that’s all they get. The wait here is longer than so many other Starbucks cafes(I don’t know how to pluralize Starbucks) I’ve been to. The service is OK, but nothing spectacular. Pretty much middle of the road — nothing stands out in either a negative or positive way.

I usually get a hazelnut macchiato it doesn’t always taste the same. The employees don’t always smile at you. Sometimes they make you feel bad Cus you customize drinks And you obviously just made their lives even harder. I don’t go here unless Im going to kno I’m not going to stop for awhile.

Nice staff but slow service & incompetent baristas. I came in around noon on a weekday, it wasn’t very busy. There were 2 – 3 people ahead of me waiting for their drink. I ordered a regular, upside-down iced caramel macchiato. It took way too long to make & there was too much caramel. The good thing about this place is that it is big compared to some other Starbucks.

Like almost all Starbucks, nice inside, clean friendly staff. Downsides: service is slow so if in a hurry dont expect to get out fast. Always crowded. Usually someone in the parking lot begging for money. My biggest complaint is Internet speed is ALWAYS slow here
