Craft beers! Rockin’ BBQ. This place gets busy quick so get there early or be ready to wait. Gets a bit loud on occasion too. Great spot you won’t want to miss though. Street parking.

Cheesesteak night is the best. Get there early though place fills up fast.!! Parking is located across the street in an old mill parking lot. Customer service is satisfactory but nothing exceptional. Overall I like the atmosphere and would recommend. Only improvement they could do is change around the menu for season’s every once in a while.

What a gem! We’re really very fortunate to have such a great restaurant in our little neck of the woods. Service was great and the place has a nice homey atmosphere. I had the prime rib and it was amazing. I would have gladly paid twice as much for it! You can always spot a good place by the number of folks willing to wait and the Perk has always been worth the wait for me.

Nice place for a good lunch or dinner. We often eat here they have a nice menu with fair prices. The place is clean and well lit and the help right on top with service. It’s a nice place if you are looking for a non formal dinner. Stop in and give them a try, I believe you’ll find them a nice place for a mid range meal.

Possibly the best burger I’ve ever had. Perfect medium (nobody ever gets medium right) perfect bun.
Tons of other things that l wanted to try but glad I went with the burger.
Also had an unbelievable shake. Perfect thickness. Have to give an effort to get it through the straw but no so much as to give you lockjaw.

My husband and I ate here for the third time. Only waited 40 minutes as we were told. The food was great. I had the crab cakes. Excellent food and they serve Moscato wine which no restaurant seems to have. Can’t say anything bad.

I really like the Perk! I have been going here for years and I highly recommend it.
The food is always good. I really like the Blackened Chicken Sandwich and The Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The wings and burgers are awesome. The service is always good and the place is always very clean.

Great meal and terrific service. I was so glad I saw all the great Unilocal reviews. Based on them I drove the extra distance from where I was. If you are anywhere close give them a shot. Was alone with the wife but very family friendly spot so I can’t wait to bring the whole family. I had a burger and the wife had meatloaf, both were great and everything we saw on the other tables looked as good. As per the other reviews some of the week night specials look to be a great value.

Nice local place to have nearby. Huge variety on the menu. Love their house made dressings and their honey sirracha sauce. Service is always great and the house is always packed, especially on the weekends!

We had a group of 24. We were served immediately from an extremely efficient and personable server, Ashley.

My husband and I look for new places to go to eat. We live in NJ and found the Perk on the Internet while looking for a Farmers Mkt. in Perkasie, Pa. What a find! The food was very very good. Our server was wonderfully friendly and very helpful. She reviewed the menu with us (I told her it was our first time here) and she explained the deliciousness of several items on the menu. I found this so valuable as we weren’t sure what we wanted. Becca, our server, made everything sound so yummy! We chose the «Famous» Perk Pierogies as an appetizer to share. The potato Pierogies were lightly basted with a subtle garlic butter and covered with fresh mozzarella then baked! OMG to die for. Then I had a wonderful Roasted Maple Salmon that was cooked to perfection and some roasted cauliflower and mash potatoes (real creamy mash potatoes). Oh I forgot to mention I had a cup of a creamy onion crab soup (meal comes with a choice of soup or salad). It was delicious, fresh tasting and light… perfect! My husband had a beautiful mixed salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, olives, arugula… surprisingly big and very fresh). For his entrée, he had the grilled Salmon with a honey siracha glaze which was also cooked to perfection! His sides he choose were roasted potatoes and apple sauce. Becca, our server, was kind enough to bring him extra honey siracha glaze! It’s that kind of care by a server that makes you the customer want to become a regular and tell all your friends to come as well.
The perk has a full bar which made my husband happy! Also the restaurant is very clean and all the servers appear very friendly and concerned with your well being. Becca was very attentive and made this first time experience wonderful… we will be back with friends! Thanks Becca!

This is a fantastic place to eat. There are honestly few places where I can say I have not had a bad experience, this is one of those places. I love their food to death as it actually tastes good, plus they have staff who seem experienced and I rarely have to wait long for service. Sure the parking is annoying as hell and sometimes there is quite a wait to be seated (especially on Tuesday with the cheesesteak special) but the experience is worth it in my experience. I honestly hope they manage to keep up the quality of the overall experience.

Nice little place where people are definitely locals. The bartender was sweet and attentive. The restaurant got super packed even though it was a weeknight so I figured the food must be good! After a drink, we each ordered. Him a grilled chicken sandwich which is apparently the best he’s ever had. I had the crab cake sandwich which was good but not the best I’ve eaten. I enjoyed the homemade chips on the side. Portions are very big.

The food is always good and its a great atmosphere! I always look forward to a night out at the perk.

Just wanted to update my review– Went here with my mom just a few weeks ago and the food was from what I remembered. The french onion soup is my mom’s and I favorite. Superb like normal!
There were only a few complaints overall. I got the baby back ribs and there was A LOT of barbecue sauce slapped on. I’m not sure if most people like a crap ton of barbecue sauce on their ribs, but I’m not one of them. No big deal though, just have to scrape it off. Also, about a third of my french fries were all burnt, guess I got a bad batch because my mom’s french fries looked fine.
Lastly, we ordered chocolate cake (do not remember the exact name) and it was very good, but again, they put way too much chocolate sauce over the cake and I could barely taste it. It tasted equivalent to having a spoonful of Hershey’s chocolate syrup. Once you scrap that all off, like I said, was very moist and delicious!
The waitresses are always friendly and always have a smile on their face! Love it!
Just a fair warning, on Friday and Saturday nights the parking is terrible! Have to park all the way down the next block! I would recommend trying to beat the dinner rush!

Delicious food always. Burgers are tasty, wraps are fresh, fries are great too.
The service is above average. Good service with a smile.
The parking isn’t so great, don’t go when it’s a busy time (like dinner).

The Perk is a must-​try for anyone passing through Perkasie, Pennsylvania. The warm, hometown atmosphere compiled with great food at a great price brings crowds in every night. I have been going to The Perk for 20 years and it never fails to satisfy even the hungriest of appetites.
Whenever I am in town on a Tuesday, I make sure that I stop at The Perk for their «Cheesesteak Night»: $ 2.99 for an authentic Philly cheesesteak (hey, it’s only 40 minutes from Philly). Be sure to get there early though as The Perk is packed and the wait up to an hour at certain points on Cheesesteak night.
The Perk offers other great dishes, including their crab cakes and burgers.
The only reason I gave The Perk four stars instead of five is because the service is always a bit slow. Unfortunately, I think management gives servers too many tables that it is almost impossible for them to keep up.
The Perk also has a full bar and happy hour specials. They offer several local craft beers as well.

The Perk has long established itself as the place to go for a moderately priced, quality meal, brought to you with reliable and friendly service. The menu is huge: no matter what you’re in the mood for, The Perk has it. And they are always updating and adding new items that never disappoint. I was recently treated to an amazing panko-​breaded chicken sandwich smothered in a delicious honey sriracha sauce and topped with warm gorgonzola. Sounds amazing, right?
It was quite simply one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. And like all meals at the Perk, the serving was huge and perfectly prepared, brought out hot and crispy with a side of tasty natural cut fries. You’d pay 2 – 3 $ more for a run-​of-​the-​mill chicken sandwich and potato chips at most other places. At the Perk, you always have leftovers. Seriously, they load you up! My waitress was extremely pleasant, very attentive and always accommodating.
For these reasons and countless others, I will be happily returning to the Perk very soon!
