Pittman Automotive

When it came to find financing for my vehicle, Ken Pittman went above and beyond to find a lender to fit my needs. Unfortunately, that’s where the customer service ended. Each day thereafter, as issues arose with my vehicle, that’s when the evasiveness took over. I was told Mr. Pittman was never in the office and have yet to hear from him regarding my poor experience. Of the many items listed, only 2 items would be fixed by Pittman Automotive. I’m not sure how the «inspection» missed items like the door not closing correctly, headlight being held up by speaker wire and electrical tape, 6 out of the 8 front bumper clips are missing or broken, and a moon roof that severely leaked water when taken through a car wash, just to name a few.
It’s been about a month and a half since my unpleasant experience, and unfortunately, the list of problems keeps growing. Let’s just say, Liberty GMC on Bell Rd has earned a lot of my business. Lesson learned on my part. I stayed away from the sub-​standard auto lots in South Phx, but it turns out I received the same low level service and auto auction experience… I do not recommend purchasing ANY vehicles from Pittman Automotive.

I had spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out what my next car would be. My first car was purchased for me by my parents and so I had little to no experience on what to look for, how financing worked, or what would be the best suit for me since I am older now and have different needs. Someone recommended me to Ken and I must say he is one of the nicest car salesman you’ll ever meet! He handed me over to Kyle, his head car salesman, who talked me through different options based on what I said my needs were: more compact, within a reasonable price range, low miles, etc. to help me narrow down my options. After speaking with me and letting me test drive a couple different cars Kyle and Ken were able to pin down the perfect car for me: a BMW 320i that drives amazingly, and within my price range! It suits me perfectly and I couldn’t imagine myself with any other car.
The great thing about these guys is that even if they don’t have what you’re looking for in the showroom (it’s indoors) then they can still find you the car that you want within all your parameters (model, price, mileage, color, etc) so that it takes away all of the headache of shopping around. Would highly recommend to anyone I know!

A great used car dealership! I walked in and all their cars are displayed indoors, which will be great in the summer heat. Super happy with my low mileage Mazda that I found there and the seamless process of purchasing my car. I shopped around at other dealerships and this one had the best deal. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. I was really in a bind and tight on budget but they helped me out. 5 stars!

QUICK UPDATE.
This Kenneth guy was full of BS. Does not help. Does not honor warranty. Does not return calls.
They’re too busy ripping off other new customers to be concerned about their previous.
I have spent over $ 5,000 in additional repairs and I’ve only had this car for 2 months.
DO NOT GO TO PITTMAN AUTOMOTIVE IN PEORIA, AZ!
