I dropped off two packages valued at $ 2,000 altogether. I asked them to scan them and give me a receipt. They said there’s nothing to scan and they don’t give any receipts. Then I asked them how would I know it even gets shipped out, and the guy at the counter just shrugged and didn’t say anything. He was very uninterested, unmotivated, unshaven, dirty-looking, spoke very quietly and he seemed like he was stoned or something. Anyway, I took a picture of the guy, the packages, and myself with them all to have proof that the package was dropped off. I also took a picture of the tracking info. Just in case something went wrong, at least I could prove I dropped it off here. So a few days goes by, and I check online to see where my orders were in transit. The UPS and USPS websites both said that the label was printed on the day that I printed the label. That was all the tracking information said online for both my packages. I immediately called UPS and USPS and they said they had no record of receiving the packages. I told them where I had dropped them off and they said that they were never picked up. So I went to Pack Mail & More and told them what happened. It was the same guy at the counter and he just shrugged and said he didn’t know anything. I immediately called the police and filed a report and gave them all the pictures I had taken previously. The police said that the company’s policy relieved them of liability for any lost packages. This company is being investigated for suspicious business practices. I have no idea how they operate a business like this. Take it from me, if you want to lose all your money and your packages, then drop them off at Pack Mail & More, because that’s the best way. If you want them to be scanned properly into the UPS and USPS system and you want a receipt of proof that you actually sent this package then go the OFFICIALUPS store or the local post office. I have found that there are some third-party USPS franchises that will scan your item and offer you a receipt, but I do not advise that you drop off a package if they don’t scan it for you and give you a receipt.

UPDATEASPROMISED: The package was received, thank goodness! The dice rolled in my favor this time, but I won’t be rolling them again with this company. Make sure to read my previous review about my full experience, and the other reviews(even the not recommended ones). One stars across the board! How is this place still in business???

Mind boggling bad experience. The guy running the counter could have cared less about my dilemma, I needed to buy postage for someone and send them the labels. I had all the information(addresses, pkg size/weight) but he flat said«that’s not something we do here». Mind you, I’ve done this three times at other shipping stores and got it done after driving to a different store immediately following, so I was a bit taken back on his flat out arrogant and dismissive attitude. I was perterbed but had other business so since I was there I went ahead and dropped off my other mail and then had to purchase postage for a medium flat rate USPS box, which normally runs $ 10-$ 11, he charges me $ 18.00! I asked about the discrepancy he looks past me(completely arrogant jacka$$) and says that that is their fee. That’s a surcharge of 80%! I’ll be putting a complaint also through USPS because they are gouging customers. Strongly do not recommend this place.

The worst shipping place ever. I shipped an international package from here Feb. 82013 and it still hasn’t been delivered. Are you kidding me?!! This is unacceptable. The service was good and there was no waiting period however, I got their voicemail several times when I called them during their business hours. Do yourself a HUGE favor and ship/mail from Store More Self Storage just south of here. They are professional, consistent and most importantly, they are always RELIABLE. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
