Really convenient because you can drop off Express packages on Saturday and they’ll be delivered on Monday. You just have to get there before 3pm. Plus they’re right off the freeway.

I emailed a request for quote this am for printing and got a response that it would be an hour before I could get a quote. OK I guess I can wait an hour. It’s been 2 hours and no quote so I called the location. After navigating through their auto attendant I got to the option to speak to a customer representative– Except the do not answer the call. Just for the heck of it I let it ring about 20 times but that was just a waste of time. I really am not sure how a business can stay in business like this. Very disappointing from FedEX.

I have used many Fed Ex printing centers and was highly disappointed in this location. I was having issues with a machine and none of employees offered any assistance. They glanced up and went back to what they were doing. When I asked for help the employee whom I asked seemed to be bothered with me for asking. The only help given was that I was probably doing it wrong. If that’s the case then you would think he would come and offer to show me. I eventually figured it out payed extra due to the machine getting stuck and left. I recommend going to the one on Bell Road instead.
