We went for our Daughters 16th birthday! Flemings was amazing, they gave her a birthday card signed by the staff, a $ 25 gift card given by the manager and a gift of chocolates to take home! Our waitress was great, helpful and kind. Not only that but the Food was Amazing!!! To die for– highly recommend Flemings!

So disappointed! We made reservations to celebrate my birthday, first time out in a long time… Show up at 6:55 to be told the reservation was for yesterday and it would be a 30 – 45 minute wait. After showing the women the email confirmation I was told«technology makes mistakes» we are full and will get you back soon. Very sad excuse Flemings, but that’s ok… I will go take my money where it is appreciated!

I received a gift-card for Christmas and didn’t know much about this restaurant but assumed it to be like any other steakhouse. I was absolutely completely wrong! i was out of state in Arizona visiting my Girlfriend and we decided to have a date-night and check for locations, and to our surprise there was one in Arizona. I would say everything about this location was just«On Point». Everything from the dinner, to the host, to the customer service. The ambiance was upscale, no kids, and fine dining all the way. The portions were very appropriate, the steak was delicious, lobster was amazing, and the cheesecake was superb! It is pricey, but for a well and fine dining out this is well worth the price. Again, it is fine dining so please leave your kids at home and bring your manners.

Went here after my wife received here U.S. Citizenship. It’s a great place for special events. I am sure it will be our«Special Event» place for a very long time. However, I was told that night that they are an upscale franchis of the Outback chain and I could not get that out of my head, because they are pricey and the wine, though really good, is more BevMo selection than Wine Spectator, if you can understand what I mean? but still, great(almost over-attentive) service, they take part in sharing the emotion of your special event and do little things to make the night a great memory. Try them!

Spent New Years Eve having dinner at Flemings in Peoria Az(attending the Fiesta Bowl) The place was alive with people enjoying a great atmosphere. The service was world class as well as the steaks.

My family and I had dinner here last night for my birthday celebration. We have been here many times and have always received excellent service and have never had a bad meal. This time though the service was sub-par. Our waiter was nice enough, but not very attentive. Several times we were looking around wondering where he was. This has NEVER happened to us here before. When we were served our food, my son’s girlfriend did not get her soup, so we had to ask for that. We had ordered some mushrooms to go with out steaks, which also did not arrive and had to be asked for. We also would liked to have ordered some wine or other cocktails, but our waiter was nowhere to be found. When it was time for dessert, we were not offered coffee(although we could have asked for it when we ordered). After dessert was brought to us, we thought we might like some coffee, but our waiter wasn’t around. After we finished we waited for quite a long time and finally my husband had to find the manager to ask for our bill. If this had been Sizzler or Outback Steakhouse this wouldn’t have been such an issue, but this is Flemings. It should have been awesome. It wasn’t. This is the only time we have not had attentive service here, so we will likely give them another chance, but this was disappointing. For a $ 600+ meal, we expect excellent service.

Thank you Flemings for a wonderful night. I arrived a couple hours before my reservation to set up a proposal, and all of you were amazing in your roles when the time came. We had a fairly intricate plan going and you pulled it off perfectly! My now-fiancé is so happy with the proposal and I am very grateful to the staff. We loved all the cheering from the kitchen. A lot of fun and a perfect memory. Oh and of course the food, drinks and deserts were great as always!

This wasn’t an «oh my gosh what a terrible experience» but I’d have to say it wasn’t worth our $ 180 tab. In what I consider«normal priced restaurants» I’m not nearly as picky but if I’m paying around $ 43 just for the steak alone it better be out of this world… it wasn’t. My wife and I ordered the New Years Eve special which came with prosciutto wrapped shrimp as a starter. It was delicious but we only got 1 shrimp each. Really? One? For a $ 69 per person special? Had we known that we would’ve ordered something else. My steak was good but it was a bit tough for being cooked medium. Again, it wasn’t bad but I’ve definitely had better. The service wasn’t horrible but not great either. I was the designated driver and it would’ve been nice if the server had at least asked if I wanted something else other than water. I had to flag him down for a Diet Coke and wait longer than I would’ve liked in that fancy of a restaurant for a refill. I also had to flag someone down for more bread. For having 3 different people monitoring our table none of these things should have to be asked for. At the end of the meal I wanted to to personally hand the server his cash tip. We waited but it was just taking too long for him to come back to his area. I left the cash on the table which I hate doing. Our table was visited by I’m guessing the manager but just a suggestion… don’t ask«Is everything perfect?» It’s rare that anything in life is perfect so you’re setting yourself up to answer to negative feedback with listening ears nearby. Our experience was far from perfect but good enough to get a nice response out of us. Other guests may not be as nice. Will we come back? There’s a good chance but not before we hit up Ruth’s Chris again.

Service is good, the food is great, but for a $ 50 steak it need to be cooked more carefully. Wine is insanely overpriced even for a classy restaurant. The interior is boring and dated with garage sale quality ‘wine art’ throughout. Drinks are not poured in the proper glass which is insulting when your ½ glass cost as much as a full bottle. 2nd time going here, probably won’t be back. There are other attractive options nearby.

Wonderful atmosphere and ambiance! The service is amazing and the filet mignon was the absolute best piece of meat i have had to date! Definitely more on the pricey side but worth every cent! A must try for fine dining!

First time ever. I had no idea what to expect. We are part of Dine Rewards and this restaurant was one of the locations. Wow! Amazing food. High price point but worth every bit. The service was unbelievable. This was our 1st wedding anniversary. We were so glad we chose Flemings. They always used our names and were genuinely friendly. Even the general manager, Marc, came by to welcome and thank us. He gave us a nice gift too. We ordered steaks and Flemings potatoes along with desserts. We were very pleased with our meal. This is gong to sound crazy but we couldn’t stop commenting on their ranch dressing. I could have poured that on my dessert. Must be lined with crack or something. It was creamy and perfect. Best wedge salad ever. Bacon was a little odd tasting. I have to mention the blueberry lemon drop. Delish! My husband commented that’s the 1st time he’s seen me finish 2 drinks at dinner. I could have drank another. Service…where do I start? Great group of people. The hostess lady was friendly as can be. Gianni was our server and she was amazing. She knew the menu well and gave recommendations with confidence. Even the busgirl, Betty, was friendly. When was the last time a busser has addressed you and struck up conversation? I was impressed. She made us laugh. They really have a good team of people to take care of their guests. I can’t figure out why we haven’t gone sooner. We are always in the area. Rest assured, we will be back! They really went above and beyond our expectations.

I took my parents here for their 47th wedding anniversary. This restaurant is supremely elegant and the food was spectacular! The price is outrageous but worth it for special occasions. I would recommend this to family and friends.

This was my husband and i’s first time. We are rarely without the kids. When. You first walk in there is a ton of wine on the walls, which always makes me happy. We ordered the sweet chile calamari and it was really good, sweet and tangy all at the same time. We both ordered the prime rib dinner. I got the truffle mashed potatoes and my husband the jalapeño mac and cheese. Both of our dinners were amazing! The prime rib was so tender and with just the right amount of Rosemary and the mac and mashed were to die for. Did I mention that our waitress was a doll and the manager was very nice too? Well, they were! The icing on the cake was when we were checking out the wine list and we saw the Dutton Ranch Pinot Noir! That is actually the bottle of wine my husband and I had on our honeymoon! Overall a 5 star experience and we will be back.

This place is so fancy! We got some gift cards from a coworker and it was a fabulous event! Very romantic even though we had our newborn with us. It’s true we did see a fruit fly or two but nothing worse than my own kitchen ;-) the food was good and the atmosphere even better! We sat in one of the big round booths and enjoyed it immensely! Our waitress was very sweet and took excellent care of us!

Would have liked to rate this better. But they closed before the closing time, and as I pulled the door for my wife, I discovered it was locked. Someone looked at me through the door, turned and walked away. Not even a «we’re closed», probably because they knew it was before 10:30. This was on June 26. So we didn’t have an opportunity to eat there. And it’s unlikely we’ll come back. Actually, I’m quite sure we won’t. So we made the best of it and went next door to BJ’s, and had a fantastic dinner there. Granted, it was our anniversary and we were eating deep dish pizza, but we’ve been together long enough to roll with it and our waiters there was fantastic, personable and offered great suggestions. I’m sure the West Valley will have more steakhouses soon, and we’ll try those out as they arrive. Really poor show, Flemings.

Been here 2x one for Valentine’s Day & the other Easter brunch. We enjoyed both visits & the menu was different on both occasions which was a bonus. We really enjoyed the food, service & the cost didn’t break the bank for those holidays which usually do if you do anything nicer than Outback. So this place gets 2 thumbs up. The extensive wine list was really great & offered a variety of grapes & price levels. We will be back again & hopefully sooner than later.

Great food and their happy hour isn’t bad either. However the bar has a fruit fly problem. I was there for happy hour about two months ago and mentioned something to both the bartender and manager about it. During that visit they replaced a half finished glass of wine because a few had found their way in. I recently went back for happy hour again and found that they still have a fruit fly problem. I can only hope the kitchen is cleaned better than the bar but I won’t be taking any chances. There are too many other cleaner places to eat at.

When I went to Arizona this was considered the best of the best for their steaks. They were so right! I had the aged rib eye steak and the meat was so juicy! The BBQ shrimp was to die for. I felt they should of created a dip for the spicy sauce of the shrimp.

I had a great dining experience here. I came here for a private dining event, so as soon as we let the hostesses know what we were there for, we were ushered into a private dining room. We felt like such VIPs! The décor and ambiance is very fancy, yet understated. The service was great and the food was amazing! Our hosts had already chosen a set menu for us, although we were able to choose our entrée from a list of three. I chose the petite filet mignon. Tender, juicy, flavorful steak. It was fantastic. We were also served creamed spinach and parmesan and peppercorn mashed potatoes. Everything was scrumptious and cooked to perfection. The cheesecake dessert was hands down the best part of dinner. I had to physically force myself to stop eating it. It had a crisp graham cracker crust, fresh blueberry sauce, rich cream cheese filling, and white chocolate shavings. Amazing! As a starving grad student, this restaurant is a little bit rich for my blood, but I’d surely come back for a special occasion. 5 stars.

My brother and I were in the mood for a good steak and came to Fleming’s. The place was crowded but we managed to get a table in the bar area. The ambiance: typical steak house wood and leather. Pretty and warm. The service: Our server was very good. Once or twice we kind of felt like we had been forgotten and our server admitted that she thought we had been taken care of, but generally it was really good. The food: We got the special which was a filet and vegetables. We ordered some extra mashed potatoes on the side. I have to say that I have had better steak. It was not as tender as I would have expected and the flavor was seriously lacking. My brother asked me halfway through the meal what I thought and, being tactful and not wanting to make him feel that this wasn’t such a great choice, I pointed out the positives. He said he was underwhelmed. Gotta say that we both pretty much thought we had much higher expectations for the price point and the reputation. I have been to other Fleming’s and felt I had better food. The vegetables and potatoes were good but not fabulous. Fleming’s, you didn’t wow me on this trip. Maybe next time…
