Great staff! They have two drive-​thrus (East & West) and you’d think it would move faster but we waited 12 minutes before we got to the window and got our drinks. They even had a rep taking the orders ahead of the line but it still wasn’t fast enough. We were advised that the two pastries we had ordered were out… but they made it up to us. The staff was very nice. Drinks were good too. Just a long wait.

I wish they would open an inside seating area to sit and enjoy the delish coffee. I don’t like waiting in lines but this coffee is well worth it. Especially this am! I really needed it!

I was on a short trip to the Phoenix area, and stumbled upon this FABULOUS place! There was a very enthusiastic young guy in the drive thru who greeted me as I drove up. It was my first time ever at Dutch Bros as we don’t have any that I know of in Los Angeles. He was so helpful in telling me about the company and guided me towards a coffee that I would love. So I proceeded to the window to pick up my beverage, and I was greeted by ANOTHER wonderful, energetic young man who made my experience so great! I wish I could recall their names… sigh. As a restaurant manager myself, I wish I could hire 100 people just like them! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & CULTURE EVER~and Amazing Coffee too! I will definitely return on my next visit. Please open a location in Los Angeles soon!

LONG wait and the coffee tastes like pure sugar and syrup with no coffee. The other Dutch Brothers locations are absolutely delicious and they make their coffee correctly but this one does not. waste of money and a waste of time!

Dutch Bros makes an awesome Caramel Frost. It is a cross between a smoothie and shake. It soothed my baby’s throat.

I can not say enough about this Dutch Bros Location. The staff here are always so happy, helpful if you have any questions. I am here at least 2 – 4 times a week. Dutch Bros is wayyyyyyyy better than Starbucks. I love Dutch Bros Black Tea with Passion Fruit, Black Tea is my current addiction. Thank you Dutch Bros. YOU ROCK !!!

We recently moved back to the area and this is the first time I have visited Dutch Bros and they now have a loyal customer. The employees were upbeat and friendly. Their coffee is delicious!

Let me start out by saying I flipping LOVE Dutch Bros. I absolutely do NOT like coffee but I will drink theirs. Anyways. My sister and I were going out of town and were leaving at 2 o’clock in the morning… this location is one of the only locations that is open ²⁴⁄₇. I drove all the way from Goodyear at 1:30 in the morning to get coffee before we left. When I arrived the lines were blocked off but the lights were on inside. I waited and called to see if anyone would answer… nobody did. At this point more cars pulled up. A woman and I both got out of our cars and approached the window and there was a worker inside. She tapped on the glass and he straight up ignored us. I called again in front of him and I could hear it ringing. OKAY I GOT IT THAT YOU’RE CLOSED. You can at least answer and tell me why and you can at least acknowledge the fact I’m standing right in front of you at 1:30 in the morning. I never EVER get so upset with service but to be ignored is not acceptable. I will be calling the manager and whoever else I need to speak with.
For the record… the one in Goodyear is bomb ass!!!

This location is a great spot to hang out. Good for all ages.
This Dutch Bros. location is open 24 hours and I can’t remember the last time I didn’t see a line during all of them. I won’t be the first or last to admit that I am a very big fan of Dutch Bros Coffee here. The atmosphere they project to their customers is Friendly and Helpful.
I’ve experienced both their Drive-​Thru and Walk Up services and I’ve enjoyed them both.
The coffee options are relatively standard to items you could find in most shops if you’re an avid drinker. Pricing seems to fall in line with some of the other local offerings as well. I will say that they are cheaper and higher quality than Starbucks, as the obvious comparison.
To shine another light however, their non-​coffee drinks are delicious. Kind of an interesting aspect to their business is that some of their best drinks are NOT coffee! Both my fiancée’ and I frequent this location as they’ve always been a great stop for us, no matter what time of the day it is. Recommended for sure.

I’m so happy to live somewhere that has Dutch Bros. I grew up in Oregon and took it for granted. It had been years since I lived anywhere that had one and now I’m back in heaven.
I always get great customer service and amazing drinks. Hands down Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee place.

So this was my first experience, and I was AMAZED!
As others have stated about the service it IS the best. This is what customer service should be. Everyone is friendly, talkative, and helpful.
The lines may be long, but the quality, and service is well worth the time. Drinks are made fresh, tastefull, and on point fir the description on their menu.
DO NOT miss a chance to experience what they offer.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros Coffee. Every time I’m in Phoenix I HAVE to make a stop at a Dutch Bros to satisfy my withdrawals. The drinks here are very Starbucks-​esque, but better in my opinion. Great for people who love cream and sugar in their coffee.
My favorite is the Annihilator with an extra shot. (I think the extra shot gives it more coffee flavor, usually the drinks are very creamy and sweet so keep that in mind when you’re ordering)
This place is a drive-​thru coffee pick-​up spot so you can grab your coffee and get on with your day.

Probably one of the best locations I’ve been to, but that’s not saying a lot because Dutch Bros is pretty much great everywhere! Their staff is awesome to say the least.
Located off of the 101, there are two lines entering the drive-​thru making service efficient and because this place is always packed it’s nice to see some method to the madness. Super easy to talk to workers take your order while waiting in line and you get to pick up your drink at the window. Love that this location is 24 hours! Loved my last recommendation here and was told there is about 300 possible combinations of drinks that can be made and got to try one of their secret menu items, a White Zombie Breve. This drink is an White Chocolate Annihilator taken to the next level, while toning down the sweetness. The White Zombie Breve is a white chocolate and vanilla breve indeed to make you feel like you can take on the world. Drinks here come out perfect as expected and love the little notes they leave on their cup lids, small acts of kindness definitely makes one day.
They now offer pastries here! Don’t forget your stamp card!

Always a line but worth the wait. Staff is always happy know how to turn your frown upside down. If you are having a bad day make sure you stop at DB’s!

I wish there was a Dutch Bros in San Jose, CA…
My cousins and I were running some errands when I noticed we drove by a Dutch Bros! I told them if we stopped there, I’d treat them out.
We got two customized teas and a coffee. The wait was long in the middle of the day. It was raining oddly enough in the middle of July. Cool dude was standing outside taking orders just like how they do it at In N Out. He was funny and charming.
Our drinks came out perfectly at the drive thru. Can’t wait to be back for some of that refreshing tea and strong delicious coffee.

This review is long overdue! I came here on one of our first dates with my now husband. I actually prefer Dutch Bros Coffee over Starbucks. The reason is that the flavor was amazing, price was right, and it’s 24 hours! I’ve never heard of Dutch Bros. because as a former SoCal resident, there aren’t any down there… I hope that changes though.
The location is super convenient, right off the 101, inside the Sprouts Plaza and it’s design reminds me of a no-​frills In-​N-​Out. The line can become cumbersome especially in the morning, but it does move fast. There is really no seating and if you’re expecting a place to study, forget about it! There’s a walk up window to order, but that’s about it.
Basically there’s two lines, going in two directions, which makes sense due to the space constraints. I have had Dutch Bros. many times after that and I am still impressed. Don’t forget your stamp card. Eat that Starbucks!

First-​timer here, and I’m impressed. This place is right off of highway 101. They have two lines for the drive-​thru. The line was long on both sides, but I breezed through it pretty quick (less than 10 minutes). Super friendly workers greeted me while I was in line to take my order. I didn’t drive in far enough to have the menu in front of me, so I told them it was my first time here. The guy was charmingly funny, and said he had the menu in his head. I ended up getting the caramelizer 16 oz blended & iced. I absolutely loved it.
At the pickup counter, Amanda gave me excellent service. She even asked for my name. She was informed that it was my first time by the previous guy. She had me tried my blended caramelizer on the spot to see if I was satisfied — the drink was perfect, of course. Then she gave me a stamp card that gets you a free drink after purchasing 10 cups. It’s good to know that they give double stamps on Tuesdays.
I can’t believe this is 24 hours — super convenient. I am definitely returning to try other items on their menu.
