First, they got the sizes wrong. Then, they overcharged me. When I pointed it out, the salesperson said she was sorry about the mistake but that she doesn’t know how to reverse it on my debit card. She called the manager to get assistance fixing the error…15 minutes later she still couldn’t figure it out. I asked for the manager’s name and number, and she said she wasn’t ‘allowed’ to give that information out. I guess it’s OK to overcharge customers, but it’s not OK for customers to contact the manager to get it corrected. I understand these are high school students, but is it really that difficult???

Did a last minute night time sugar run, last night, while in Arizona to get some ice cream. The customer service was awesome, the ice cream was awesome, all in all a must go!

Overall it’s a decent place. It’s pretty clean and fresh — the service is decent for a bunch of kids. Food’s kind of expensive. and it’s not really«ice cream». Then again it’s probably just a Cold Stone standard. However, I’m kind of not into chewy ice cream… or stringy Ice Cream.

Holy smokes, you want how much for ice cream? Then again, you’re looking at a guy that just buys vanilla and if I get a little bored, squirt some Hersheys Syrup in it and mix it up. I guess the ice cream is good, but when I can go and buy a steak at the grocery store for the same cost, every bite I sit and imagine that I could instead be eating a ribeye cooked at home. Another thing occurred to me, what would it look like for someone to be an ice cream kneader if they werent high school aged? Well maybe it would work if it were an older guy with a handlebar mustache.

I guess I just felt like having expensive ice cream for some reason and I stopped in here. The service was okay but it took unusually long to make my order.
