LOVE this place! You can do in anytime and sample the wine and olive oil. The oils all have suggested meals to make with it

My family has spent a lot of money buying a variety of oil/vinegars from this business. So to my surprise I went on a Saturday to refill my 4 olive oil bottles. The lady there tells me «we don’t do refills except on Monday’s «WHAT!!! Obviously I was totally taken off guard, you mean to tell me you have a OPEN sign up and you are selling to everyone else who wants to buy a bottle from the same exact barrels that would be used to fill my bottle!!! Whats the difference between grabbing a new bottle off the shelf and filling the same exact bottle I have. She said, theres no reason it takes 2minutes, but we just do it on mondays. I completely went out of my way to give her my buisness and have spent well over 300! To be turned away? Well she will never have anymore of our $$ for her overpriced products and horrenduous customer service. BTW she’s the owner and has no skills on how to run a business the right way!

I tried this boutique with a Seize the Deal discount and have since been back to buy them full-priced so I guess it worked for me! I LOVE the garlic oil. It completely eliminates the need for garlic in a recipie. It is seriously amazing in vinaigrettes as well. Also like the Hrissa flavor so an added spice and next I am trying one with French herbs like thyme and basil. they have tasting stations all around the room so you can try the oils although they give you little cups and then you drink(?) it I guess. Small pieces of bread to dip would be WAY cooler and better than drinking bits of oil. They also have lots of spices and rubs as well as wines and beers. This is an excellent place for a gift for a person who has everything because it’s doubtful they have honey ginger white balsamic vinegar or Harissa olive oil!

We stopped in to sample some wines and replenish our balsamic collection. Ryan was very helpful. The blueberry vinaigrette was incredible! I would love to try it with some feta or some other sort of cheese. But this time we went with the 18-year aged and the espresso balsamic, which was also wonderful. The Napa wine station is a neat thing(you buy a pre-paid card, put it in the wine machine and choose your pour size), and currently the pours are ½ price on Thursdays. We also heard they change them out often, so we will be back to try some more.

I just stopped in this place today and was very pleased! They have a wide array of olive oils and balsamic vinagers, as well as unique gifts, pasta, etc. What I love most about this shop is how you can taste everything – makes it fool proof when purchasing! I settled on a raspberry balsamic vinegar, which I think will be perfect on salads, fruit, and ice cream this summer! It set me back $ 16, but I think the price is worth it. Yummy!
