What a gorgeous club! I was here for a wedding reception yesterday and we enjoyed the bar and the use of two rooms. The view over the river was fantastic, and though the pools are closed for the season I can tell that this would be a great place to be a member. The food provided by the club was delicious, and many of the guests went for seconds. It was a wonderful time, and the bartenders and wait staff were very accommodating.

Right on the Peoria River. I am a complete and total sucker for a place on the water where lots of people have their boats docked and you can see others out sailing. To be honest, I can’t even remember what I ate there, or if I did but I’m pretty sure we ate there. We weren’t sailing so that wasn’t it.
All I remember is being capitavted by the sailing, and by the docked boats while having a refreshing beverage. The people there seemed to be having a festive time and really enjoying themselves.
Happy atmosphere. Probably even better if you’re sailing one of the boats on the river.
