Decent pizza. Fun atmosphere. Even though the menu said the pizza comes with cream cheese and jalapeños, apparently it’s extra and the server failed to mention this fact, so just a heads up when you’re ordering. With that said, $ 18 for a small pizza? Pretty ridiculous.

The pizza is awesome, but the phone service is terrible. My husband ordered 3 pizzas and gives them an hour. When he arrives, they only have some of the order ready. He waits 10 minutes and receives 2 pizzas and a sandwich. He tells the waitress, he didn’t order a sandwich and wants his money back. At this point he was tired of waiting. He pays for the 2 pizzas and the waitress seemed really annoyed that he wasn’t paying for the sandwich that he didn’t order!?! He didn’t take the sandwich either. He only took the 2 pizzas. The 3 stars is for the pizza, the service would get one.

Again like the other reviews before me… Descent pizza, fantastic atmosphere… Expensive drinks and Miserable bitchy waitresses who act like getting your food on time or even at all is «your» problem… Heads up owners… You had a great idea which if run by competent management would make a killing… Go ahead and«let» your rotten entitled waitresses drive you out of business so I can take your idea and make it a success! Fingers crossed that it’s business as usual!

Hands down the best pizza in the Pensacola area! It so good that I don’t mind drinking from Milton for it during the week. Pretty good draft beer menu, but you’re coming here for the pizza, and maybe the cool location. Located in the basement of an old hospital — not that you can tell too much from inside the main area, but if you go to the restroom it is pretty obvious(and cool).

Three stars are for the location. I’ve been here twice and while I enjoy the history and space of Ozone pizza(and the pizza’s not bad), I can’t stand the service. In one evening I had to search for our server three separate times. Both times our pizzas took over an hour. Please work on your service!

I love the quirkiness of this place and the awesomely weird but delicious pizza options. Weird as in they suggest cream cheese and jalapeños on The Ponderosa pizza. I did it and loved it! Another of the pizzas has cashews on it which I didn’t try but it’s a favorite of some friends. They also have standard run of the mill pizzas that I’m sure are great too. On Mondays they do half off large pizzas. The restaurant itself is in the lower area of the historic Sacred Heart Hospital building in East Hill. I know it’s totally fine but I kind of love that it slightly creeps me out. Seems like a bold move to put a restaurant in the basement(morgue I’m told actually) of an old hospital. I like quirky stuff like that. This will definitely be my go to pizza spot.

My favorite! I studied at UWF and my reward to myself at the end of every semester was a trip to Ozones with my friends. Their lady’s night on Thursdays is cheap and spectacular but the very BEST thing you may ever put in your mouth is their spinach dip so don’t skip it!

If you’re looking for a unique pizza experience and a fun atmosphere you have to check it out. My favorite is the Italian flag pizza, their meatballs are another favorite, that sauce is amazing a little sweet and a little zesty. Reading some of the negative comments I seriously don’t know what the heck they’re talking about; They must be used to fast food style pizza, Ha! Ozones is the best ive found so far in Pensacola; trust me I eat like a ninja turtle. It’s a little pricier than a basic pizza but I don’t mind paying a little extra for better quality and supporting local business.

Read the reviews and decided to try the Ponderosa Stomp with the added cream cheese and jalapeño. It was very good, especially with the margarita special. Monday is ½ price for large pizzas so be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more. Our server suggested a salad while we waited-perfect.

Oh boy. Theres nothing like eating pizza in the old hospital morgue. Think I’m lying? Check out the white tile on the walls. But don’t worry. You’ll be dead by the time you leave — the pizza will steal your heart.

Very good pizza and my favorite in Pensacola. Great beer selection, limited wine but the pizza is the highlight. Crust is a mix of traditional and thin crust. Only criticism is that there is usually not a solid transition between the sauce and cheese; barely noticeable though

Great brick oven pizzas. A local landmark that makes exceptional food. I have never had a bad experience here.

We have been coming here for years and the service is always fAntastic and the atmosphere is easy going. We love the rib eye pie. However, our last two visits the steak tastes like it is reheated and not as fresh and buttery as it was. The combination of flavors in this pie is amazing, and we hope they will go back to their previous way of preparing this delicious pizza pie.

One of my favorite haunts, hahaha… This eclectic pizza pub is in the basement of an old hospital(the morgue)& is a refreshing challenge to your standard pizza place. O’zone has a cool alternative vibe and a creative menu. The staff is always willing to make a yummy suggestion too. Daiya(vegan) cheese is an available option for almost everything. Their cocktail list is fun too, I love the black salt margarita.

$ 6 for a draft Sam Adams! Dry pizza and very slow but fast talking waitress! The only thing halfway decent was the $ 4.50 side salad

We went here on a recommendation from a friend. It was better than described. Service was great and the pizza was even better. They had great beer on tap, we loved the ponderosa stomp pizza, and added the cream cheese and jalapeños. Thumbs up!

Would love to give this 4 ½ stars, but as people always lament, no half stars allowed. I’m an admitted pizza snob. The pizza here is incredible. The best pizza I’ve ever had? No. But they’re competing against pizza in New York and(oddly enough, a place not known for pizza but holds my #1 spot), Los Angeles. I’d put O’Zone in my top 10 though. If you’re looking at Pensacola, their pizza is a rarity to be found. Great crust and both wonderful and creative flavorings. I wish they delivered for selfish/lazy reasons — which ultimately coincides with saying, «Let’s get pizza!» — but to that, I’m lucky O’Zone is fairly close to my house and hubby and I will go there & order a drink from the bar while we wait for the pizza to be made. The décor and ambiance is so warm in its European-style underground feel. Staff is great. Love this spot.

We just had the most bizarre trip to the ozone. After going for years we have found that the prices have crept up. But being in the mood for pizza, we forgot about that. So tonight being large pizza half price night we thought«score» We went in ordered beers. Our waitress brought the $ 6 beers after a while and then warned us that if we wanted pizza it would be 45 – 60 min. Then she suggested an appetizer which would come quickly. Being hungry we decided to skip the pizza and just get the appetizer. We were surprised when another table who came in after us quickly got a pizza. Then the table next to us got a pizza before they were even done with their appetizer. We asked those folks when they had ordered their pizza, and they said 15min. So was the whole appetizer thing just a scam to sell more food? Or just our waitress trying to get a bigger tip. All I know is we left hungry and tired of Ozone.

We started off with an artichoke dip and chips. The dip didn’t really taste like anything. The chips were fine. We got 3 different pizzas. The one with BBQ sauce and chicken was our favorite. We had cream cheese on another pizza which was unique and tasty. We also got a pineapple and bacon pizza but it seemed to have so little of those ingredients. Music was great here!

The pizza is hit-or-miss. Sometimes it’s great, other times the dough is hard, as if the dough was old and the yeast died and didn’t provide any rise to the crust while the pie was cooking. I quit the crap shoot long ago and now just hang out and drink. Ozone is a very pleasant place to hang out during the afternoon, before the din of the evening crowd gets going. Sitting at the bar, watching TV, BSing with the bartenders and other patrons makes for a laid-back good time. The service is much quicker during the day, too. I never knew that they offered soup, but a couple came in, sat at the bar, and ordered some bowls on my last visit. I can’t remember what kind it was, but it smelled delicious and looked great. I’ll have to try some next time. The front men’s room(in the hallway next to the bar… not the one near the back room) is retarded. There are two urinals about a foot apart, with a mirror that extends down to the top of the flush valve. Seriously? I don’t need to examine my junk while I whiz, and if another dude actually attempted to use the other pisser while I was standing in front of the other one, I’d suspect nefarious motives afoot. I took a picture of this absurdity, which I’ll post when I find it among the myriad pictures of other absurdities that I encounter every day. Take that foolishness away, Ozone!
