Worst hooters ever! The waitress was straight up ghetto on the other tables, looked like she was talking to her dealers for the action after work!

This message is brought to you from my bathroom where I have found myself every time my cravings for hooters wings compels me to take the risk it and give the hooters off of Bayou Blvd another go.
I have frequented this place around 6 times in the two years I’ve lived down here. Every time I am served with over-​breaded, far too greasy wings. This in turn leaves me with a burning raw asshole with 4 hours. Sorry for being so graphic, but it is a human condition that we all hope to avoid, you’re welcome.
Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to drive to Pensacola Beach if you HAVE to have Hooters wings.

We almost did not come to this location because of the reviews but oh are we glad we went. Service was great, food was fresh and tasty, and it was a GREAT atmosphere to watch the UFC fight.

I pretty much went here for a social experiment since it had such horrible reviews… And… They were all true this place sucks !!! I ordered the «top shelf» hooters margarita with Patron. She could not find the Patron. Thankfully a drunk guy at the bar reminded her they kept their Patron chilled. So she found it. Then had to find her cards for the recipe. Halfway through making my drink she was so into the conversation she was having with the drunk guy she just stopped moving and was jus talking and talking and talking. Eventually got my pulpy syrupy top shelf margarita in a high ball glass. She messed up on her pours and obviously her glass so when she strained my drink it was short. Soooo she jus topped it off with cheap sour mix. Horrible. Could not finish it. Manager with his ass on the cold wells jus sittn there right behind the bar staring at everyone. Very weird and unprofessional. Dirty kitchen. Dining room dirty. Listen to these reviews people !!! Save yourself the bs.

We are from Chicago and wanted to get familiar food. Everyone loves hooters wings. The wings were over cooked. The bathroom was atrocious and should not have been because they were very slow. God I hope the kitchen cleanliness is better.

Just got lunch, fast, friendly, service and food was good. Servers were attractive and building is about on par with most other hooters. No complaints

Food was horrible. Four empty tables around us that sat dirty the entire time we were there. Difficult to hear the game over the cooks and waitresses yelling at each other. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOOTERS!!!

Waited 39 minutes for a table when there were 5 open tables. Once seated and order was placed, we waited 50 minutes for our food. The waitress let our drinks go empty for 20 minutes before she even checked on us. When the food came out, my fries and my wings were cold. Its like they dipped them in a cold sauce. Some were even cold on the inside. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Hooters (years) and I remember their wings being so great. They must have switched chicken suppliers. The wings were tough and barely had meat on them. They did comp my wings, but I won’t be eating here for quite a while. Very disappointing. I was watching the guys in the kitchen while we were waiting and it seemed like they just didn’t have a good system going (plus a lot of screwing around). BWW and Wing Zone has them beat by a long shot.
On a positive note, our waitress was nice and took measures to make it right.

Literally the worst place we have gotten food from. You were warned. DO NOT GO THERE! I don’t even think the food should be edible.

The wings were okay and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the honey thai sauce. My drink stayed filled for the most part and we got our food pretty quick.

I love going here! We always sit at the bar and the bartenders are all so nice! The service is great and there are never any complaints with the great food here! Love the wings and beer! How could you go wrong! The best nights are when my husband says where should we grab dinner and I suggest hooters and he says yes! :o) we will always be back!

Bottom line. Food is not worth a dime! :-/

I used to think that bra size had a lot to do with getting a job at Hooters, but now that discrimination laws are in full effect this company is starting to suffer.
Most of the waitresses at this location don’t have any goods high or low. I know they wear baby Gap sized shirts and shorts leaving less to the imagination but what’s the point if they have nothing to hide in the first place? There wasn’t even a fake pair of tata’s on the night I went.
This location is near the mall, with a small parking lot and was very packed. The waitresses pretty much ignored us until a table was available and then seated us. Good luck if you have more than 4 people because you won’t be able to sit together, there isn’t room for it.
The food was overpriced and without the eye candy not worth the dime. The service was very slow and the waitress very spacey. She was mixing up orders, only stopping by twice in 45 minutes and seemed like she was running on no sleep. This was probably the worst Hooters I have been to. I miss California!

Nice atmosphere with the quality consistency of other locations. Service was nothing special overall pretty low key. This would be at the bottom of the list of all the locations I have visited!!! By far my best experience has been at the Biloxi Beach, MS, location! However, if you like Hooter’s don’t pass it based this one review. It was overall a good experience!

worst Hooter’s ever!

The only positive thing that I have to say about this place is that our server was very nice. She was attentive but not annoying, and wasn’t dressed in the standard, skimpy Hooters outfit. Don’t know why, but I wasn’t there to ogle the workers, just have a meal and some beer with friends.
I had the 10-​piece Buffalo shrimp, bathed in the hottest sauce that they offer. «Shrimp» is an apt term for what I received, because all ten of those dinky things would have easily fit into a ½ cup measuring device. Seriously, Cap’n D’s shrimp are larger. This was my «meal,» not my appetizer, but I would have been kvetching about the size of the shrimp had this been my appetizer. Priced at $ 7.59, with an additional 60 cents for an extra little cup of sauce, I was monumentally disappointed. Add in the ADDITIONAL $ 0.99 for celery and blue cheese (which should be included, by default, with any dish prefixed by «Buffalo») and I felt robbed of my dignity. Plus… worst blue cheese dressing I’ve ever tasted, anywhere. It was nothing more than weak ranch with some minuscule bits of cheese.
I ordered a pitcher of Miller Lite when I sat down, never suspecting the assault on my wallet that was about to transpire. How much could a pitcher possibly cost? Yeah, that’s what *I* thought…$ 7-​$ 8, tops. Heck no, I get the bill and the pitcher was $ 10.25. I am not exaggerating when I say that I was gobsmacked. This is Pcola, FL, not LA, CA or NYC, NY.
I left the place $ 23 poorer and hungry, so I had to go eat again. Not only will I never darken the doorway of Hooter’s again, I will point and laugh at anybody who tells me that they frequent the place and like it. Pfft.

The buffalo shrimp that I ordered were WICKED salty. I could barely finish them. Hubby said that the hot wings were fine. The appetizer platter was fine, nothing spectacular. Fries were smothered in salt. The waitress was great– very polite, not too bothersome. It’s really a matter of food on why this really isn’t a spot I’d go back to for wings. I know fried pickles are innately salty, but they went over board with this. I just think that the batter they used to fry food in was littered in salt.

I like Hooters but if it was not Hooters you would not go. If you are willing to make the drive head to Hooters on Pensacola Beach.

Wings were the best I have had in a while. I bought the naked daytona’s they were cooked perfectly, the beer was cold and we didnt have to yell for a waitress. I would go back!

Good place to go watch a game. Wings wise I prefer Kooter Brown’s but the service here is good.
The waitresses at the Hollywood, CA location continuously flirted with my 2 year old which bordered on creepy.
