It reminds of Casa Munoz restaurant in Bakersfield, California. Excellent taste, my husband and I will recommend it to all my friend.

Came based on reviews… this place was not the kind of mexican food I’m used to. Very bland and like everything came from a can. Only good thing were the chips and salsa. Only had one server and he seemed to tend to the locals more than my table(came from Las Vegas, NV) My guest hated his meal as well. We agreed that we were better off going to Taco Bell.

I visited this spot because it is located right next to a butcher shop that I wanted to check out. Bottom line up front: Cazadores is a decent restaurant that serves decent Mexican food. The service could have been better. We got menus late and were basically ignored after getting our food – the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Furthermore, I thought that the chicken in my enchiladas was pretty bland tasting. So, maybe if the service could improve and they used a little more seasoning, I’d like this place more. One thing I did like was the warm chips and salsa they provided before our meal. Otherwise, this is a Unilocal A-OK.

Do not waste your time or money eating here. Went based on Unilocal reviews while visiting the area. Upon entering I was not impressed, but was willing to try based on reviews. The period was absolutely the worst Mexican that has ever passed my lips! The chips were horrible to start. The waitress never bothered to mention that it was $ 1 Taco Monday. I overheard her telling the table beside us and asked her. Portions tiny when compared to other Mexican places and flavor a lacking as well. She was not attentive at all and I had to call her over every time our table needed drink refills etc. I can only assume that the great Unilocal reviews are from regulars who have been going there since it opened.

Hole in the wall place my Aunt & Uncle brought my family to while visiting. I’m glad they brought us! The food was probably the best Mexican I’ve had! I got their sampler. Everything had a good taste!

Among pensacola Mexican food it is the best. I like the chimichanga and the house made chips are really good. If you’re expecting San Diego quality Mexican, you will be slightly disappointed. But it is a dream to find California caliber Mexican here. Also, the service is great.

Great Mexican Restaurant in West Pensacola. They make their horchata from scratch and looks like they have this amazing margarita concoction. I had their chicken flautas which were incredible but I was really impressed with their rice and beans, which seemed to be truly authentic. If you’re on this side of town make sure to stop in for a filling meal that won’t break the bank.

Great food but a little pricy for what you get. My daughter and I shared shrimp fajitas, my husband got fajitas, and my son got a kids meal and it was $ 54. Three of us drank water and my daughter had a tea. It was very good though!

Authentic Mexican right here in Pensacola. My neighborhood spot. The ingredients are fresh, service is helpful, owners are usually on site. They have great specials, like taco Tuesday. I came here with a group of friends who go regularly and religiously, I look forward to my next visit.

The food was fresh and fantastic. It is definitely a hole in the wall mom and pop kinda place. The service was great too. Definitely would go back.

If the food wasn’t so good I would’ve rated it 2 stars. The service was bad & my husband found a chicken bone in his taco!

This is our local«go to» Mexican restaurant. It’s a solid mom and pop restaurant with decent Mexican food. The owners are always nice and cheerful. The food isn’t over the top outstanding but it’s not horrible either, which is just good enough for nights when we don’t want to cook.

Milky queso, pre-mixed margaritas, mushy rice and a terrible dinning area. However the wait staff is nice.

We just love Cazadores! Having lived in Texas, finally have found good mexican food in pensacola. Rodriguez enchaladas with steak are great. Fairfield is the best location.

I reluctantly spent 6 months in Pensacola. Discovering Cazadores was pretty much the only good thing that came out of it. It is easy to drive past, it looks like a hole and the inside could use some renovating, but the food alone makes this place deserving of all 5 stars. I am a native San Diegan so i know a thing or two about good Mexican food! The pico de gallo that is served with the chips and salsa is amazing! I am sort of a chorizo connoisseur, I try it everywhere i can. The chorizo con huevos here is the best I’ve ever had, and it isn’t greasy like it usually is pretty much everywhere else, yet still full of flavor! Everything I’ve ordered tasted great. If you find yourself in the area you have to stop in and try it!

Food was great! Building sucked!!! I was told to sit where ever, when I chose a spot the waiter said«I wouldn’t sit there, the AC leaks all over this table». Really… fix it!!! Place was really dirty, makes me think what the kitchen looks like! Waiter was just in street clothing nothing nice, some chucks, jeans and t shirt. So again my food was really good but I’m not going back out of fear of what the kitchen looks like. Maybe I’m being crazy but all I want is a restaurant that has good food and doesn’t look like hell. Dust your fake plants once in a while and clean all the chunks of dried food off of the thing holding the almost empty bottle of hot sauces that looks like a science project gone wrong. I didn’t see your two waiters doing any thing but sitting around, give them a duster and a bottle if windex!

A bit of a dive but it is pretty good. Wish they had carnitas though, but the shredded beef chimichangas were awesome. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by its Spanish rice(I’m looking at you taco bell! Don’t call yourself Mexican if you don’t have it) and theirs was pretty good. All I have to say is don’t judge a book by its cover because even though they look closed, they have something good to offer.

This is a good choice if you are looking for a no frills good tasting Mexican dining experience. Being from California and eating Mexican food has been a huge disappointment in Pensacola so far with the exception being Cactus Café. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito with very low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised when my meal actually had real carne asada in it. The décor was fledging but I expect that to tip me off that I gonna get the hole in the wall experience. The service was excellent and prompt. I did not give them five stars because it was my first time and I believe you have to run the menu through a couple of options before you«give up the goods». But I feel four is mighty generous. This is now my backup for the cactus on weekends.
