Love this place! Can’t say enough about the food and atmosphere here. Very relaxing! I challenge everyone to try it out and support this young business owner. It’s great to see that he chose to bring something different here other than the usual boring burger joint. This restaurant is fast casual (fast, but with sit down restaurant quality service). The food is amazing! It’s great to see that they offer healthy choices with the fresh fish, chicken, and vegetables and the choice of fire grilling. Just what this area needed!

As a resident of Pace, I drive by Argonaut Village almost daily. During this past summer, it was refreshing to see a new restaurant under construction at this site. Starbucks had opened there earlier, and a Subway was also announced, but this was a new name to the area with a totally different menu from any other Pensacola quick-​casual restaurant, either chain/​franchise or independently owned.
They opened about a month ago and today was the first chance I had to give it a try.
Boneheads offers fire-​grilled foods and fresh ingredients with a particular emphasis on seafood and chicken. Their meals are offered with very unique flavors, most notably Piri Piri, a tiny pepper which grows wild in Africa and serves as the foundation for a variety of Bonehead’s sauces including Lemon and Herb, Hot, PiriBBQ and others.
If you are a health-​conscious consumer seeking dining experiences at reasonable prices, this is the place for you. Today’s lunch included two meals with soft drinks and totaled $ 24.47 before tax.
The store was clean, bright, and staffed with a team of friendly associates. Our meals were served promptly and were plated as well as any at The Grand Marlin. My wife enjoyed the grilled salmon with a pineapple salsa topping, accompanied by Moroccan rice and grilled zucchini. The delicious salsa consisted of pineapple, peppers, onions, and a sweet sauce, while the tasty Moroccan rice was prepared with slivered almonds and cranberries.

My Build Your Own Burger was absolutely perfect. I enjoy burgers at McGuire’s and the Pensacola Ale House, but the taste of Bonehead’s fire-​grilled burger was outstanding. It now ranks as my choice for the best burger in Pensacola. I complimented Kendrick Hobbs, the owner, and he told me that each patty is hand-​formed.
I look forward to my next visit. I learned that every Wednesday kids eat free all day (with the purchase of an adult entrée). I think that’s a good excuse to go back.

This place is delicious! I’ve eaten here several times since they opened and they have a large variety of good food. If you’re trying to eat healthy the Ahi Tuna steak is great of if you want to splurge a little the burgers, chicken tenders, and boneheads shrimp are all delicious as well. They pack in the flavor of local places like David’s Catfish or The Shrimp Basket all without the wait. I also like seeing they had Pensacola Bay Brewery as an option for beer. The price was very reasonable as well. Definitely give this place a try!

Had the salmon w pineapple salsa, yellow rice, asparagus. Salmon had good flavor but was way overdone. The rest of the meal was decent. I give them a pass since it only just opened and I’m sure they are still getting the cooks up to speed. Service was great and people were friendly. I love the concept. Hoping for consistency in the future.

Really nice location and really nice inside. My girlfriend got the Pripri shrimp or however that’s spelled, and I got some kind of chickens it’s bbq sauce that was terrible but my girlfriends food was really good, I recommend getting that

This is a great place to eat if you are looking for really tasty food that is also good for you. The grill fish, chicken, and vegetables are healthy and well prepared. The hamburger and fries are good, too. Guilt-​free dining at last.

Great place to grab some nice grilled food. They have everything tacos, burgers, salads, grilled chicken and fish from mahi mahi salmon to tilapia! Casual atmosphere with beer and wine. It should be on your next spot out. Just opened today
