I have been a member for 6 months now at Alpha Omega and I love it there. Coaches are friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. They can help you scale movements appropriately as needed or help you prepare for competition.
The members at AOP are amazing. People go out of their way to welcome new members and all members are equal (no ego!) it really is a family.
If you’re looking for a place to improve your health and fitness, AOP is unrivaled.
If you’re looking for a place to drop in at, they have many classes to choose from (and open gym, so you can do your own thing!) plenty of space and equipment for athletes of all levels.

As an avid crossfit athlete, I’m very picky when it comes to crossfit boxes. I came to visit Pensacola for a couple days and checked this gym out and was very impressed! The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. The facility is also very spacious and neat! I loved working out here during my visit to Pensacola and will continue to go to this box any time that I am in town! Anyone who is local and looking for a crossfit gym NEEDS to try AOP!

I am proud to be a member of this gym. From day one, both staff and other members have gone out of their way to welcome me. Staff are motivating and knowledgeable; they help each person find their own best each day. If you walk through the door, you will get a good workout and leave a good bit of sweat behind. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great workout to come check out AOP!

Let me just say that I knew AOP was great but after moving to another state and trying two other boxes, let’s just say not all of them are created equally. AOP is the cleanest most organized facility that I have seen.
Not to mention they are the most encouraging and FUN. Don’t get me wrong they break you off at every WOD but here, its like family no matter who you are. You don’t have to be super fit and competing for the cross fit games for them to give you attention and motivation.
Come to Illinois, I miss beast mode! :)

THE place to workout! I’m not from the area, but was looking for a legit gym to train at for the month while here for work. It’s a Crossfit /​performance gym with lots of class start times, super-​friendly staff, and a great group of people who workout here. If you’re serious about fitness, you’ll come here!
I’m sure this is the best gym in Pensacola. Check it out!
