My first review for Sun & Ski was a low one star. We had problems with delivery & getting the patio furniture in a reasonable amount of time. It took a long time to rectify the issue, but the manager worked hard to fix the problem. They even loaned us temporary cushions to use until our special order ones arrived. Because of the manager’s effort to change the situation I’m changing my review to three stars. Sun & Ski was the only place that had a great selection of patio furniture. The staff is very courteous and are willing to go the extra mile when they can. The products can be expensive, but if you go during a big sale the prices aren’t too bad.

The most unbelievable retail experience I have ever had! Everyone we encountered in the Pembroke location was very knowledgable with a great attitude. Shannon the general manager was amazing! We were taken care of so well that I will be happy to do all my ski business with them even though it is a 45 min drive. If you are a beginner like me who knows nothing about what I should be looking for or my husband who hasn’t skied in years they will take their time and outfit you with what you need not just the highest priced items. Thank you again Shannon and Kelly can’t wait to go skiing!
