Was trying to match a white ceiling paint for which I had a sample. Salesperson spent about 10 min. telling how it was virtually an impossible task. Recommended painting the entire ceiling. Went to another paint dealer down the street and got the PERFECT match in about the same 10 min! I don’t get it! These guys are suppose to be experts?

This store has a great selection of paint… benjamin moore samples too which I love. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I went in to look at carpet. My husband and I went in with our baby an hour before the store closed. We walked in and it looked like no one worked there. We heard loud laughs in the backroom and about ten minutes after we got there two clerks walked out and neither approached us to see if we needed help. I beckoned for someone and asked if someone could answer a basic question about carpeting. She said no one could and I would have to come back another time. Poor customer service… if any. Not a bad selection.
