Great service. It can get a bit busy at times, but it’s some of the best Vietnamese food you can find in Fort Lauderdale. I highly recommend the Bun Bo Hue.

I normally do not write reviews, but this place was just horrible. I had the phở and it was just salty, you could tell the broth was just full of fish sauce, no flavor at all! I am a Vietnamese-American, but people can easily mistaken me as not because of my «darker complexion.» The service obviously did so and I could easily understand everything they said and it was quite rude! They cater to their Vietnamese friends and forget about others there who are paying customers as well who wanted some good quality Vietnamese food. This is NOT the place to find that! I do not recommend this place for Vietnamese food at all and would never come back again.

I’ll keep this short. I looked this place up on Unilocal because we were looking for Vietnamese food in the Hollywood area. Got to the door and was greeted by the host and he grabbed the menus and was walking us over to the table when another guy sitting in the booth next to ours stops him and in Vietnamese tells him he has people coming to sit there. At this point we can clearly see other open tables, when the host tells us he doesn’t have anywhere else to seat us. We went to Brus Room a couple doors down. So didn’t get to eat, who knows may have been the best food ever!!!

Seriously one of the most authentic tasting phở around Florida. And that means something because I’m from CA, where all the vietnamese food are. Broth is delicious and flavorful, noodles are cooked and soft. Portions and price are fair. They also have a wide variety of dishes, will definitely be back to try the others!

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Came here to try the lavender milk boba tea on a weekday. The tea came out on time. Tasted good but they lose major points for compensating quality with lots of Ice. You don’t run a business by shorting your customers. I came back the second day to give it another shot. Today I ordered one with no ice. This time the cup came out half full. I even heard the bartista say to the manager on duty I can fill it up, however he said no it’s okay, and proceeded to hand me a half full glass. This time It tasted nothing like lavendar and was merely, condensed milk. Will not come here again. It’s not even about the quality or money, it’s about the principle. You wanna short customers for product? it won’t be long till the place shuts down.

I came here during their grand opening, the food was salty and nothing special or unique. I also came here for a birthday party(a month after grand opening) and tried their catered dishes, again, it was salty and nothing special. The food was more like«made at home food» but made by a beginner chef. I have had better meals at friend’s house than here. The service was great at that time. After months, they have advertised more dishes and I decided to give it a 3rd try. It was epic failure. First, the restaurant: it had flies flying all over our table. The room temperature was hot and they actually had 2 fans on. I was lost finding my way back to the table from the bathroom, because the walk way was packed with boxes and containers and had so many doors. The walk way was so tiny, and I am already a tiny person. Second, the service, there were a few tables occupied, but the service was slow and not proactive liked when they first opened. We tried to order the«exotic dishes», but half of what we wanted to order was out/not available, even clams. Clams are everywhere and this place is out. Really? on a Sunday too… We order 5 dishes, and after the 4th one, after we ate 1⁄3 of each dishes, we were done. The 5th dish didn’t come out until I asked for the bill. When I asked for the bill, the waiter realized my 5th dish didn’t come out. Instead of asking me what I want to do with it, he brought out my 5th dish anyway and asked if I want a box and yet, still didn’t give me my bill. Really? We grabbed a few bite and left the rest behind. It appeared the kitchen made it and no one brought it out. It was grilled boar meat and it was not hot at all or maybe they microwaved it. Third, the food, it was nothing exotic but salty food. The food was already salty and the dipping sauce was also salty. I am not an experienced cook or chef, but I can make those sauces a lot better than they did. All the dishes came with the Asian vegetables that is not even fresh. Over all, I paid $ 90 with tips for the food that I ate 1⁄3 of or even less and left the rest behind. Yup, I didn’t even care to take it home because I know I wont be eaten it. I didn’t even want to tip the waiter, but I was only being courteous, as he brought me the food, and I paid him to bring my food to my table. I don’t mind paying high price for good quality food, but I was not please to pay this time. The dishes only have the presentation and the positive talk by the owner’s on Facebook videos, but there is definitely no taste or value to it, and no freshness as it appears on the Facebook video either. This is my last time here. I will not give this place anymore chance. Waste of time and money…

Came here on a Saturday night to a decently packed restaurant. Service was quick and food was even better. Had the Vietnamese crepes, snails in curry sauce, and Thai hotpot. The crepes were crispy and came loaded with stuffing. The snails reminded me of real Vietnamese drinking food, and the hotpot broth flavor was on another level. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other dishes. Mom isn’t here on Miami with me but I can definitely come here :)

Like to start by stating they do not play typical elevator music here. It’s like rave like music, but it’ll get your metabolism up and drive that hunger up a little more while you wait. Came in about 9 and more than half the table were filled. I felt like some bbq and protein after all that jar-knocking fight scenes from Captain America, so I got the Korean style rib rice plate, and added the shredded pork skin. Gosh I tell you I wasn’t disappointed! Although fairness, the ribs were a little over burnt, but tasted good still. They also serve up bubble Tea here, but it was getting late. For sure I’ll take another jab at this joint in the future!

Disclosure: There is only one size for noodles. The phở here is average. Doesn’t taste bad but doesn’t great. The meat portion in the phở dac biet is ok and the broth isn’t super flavorful. I ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli. The ratio of noodles, protein, and veggies were just right. The vietnamese crêpe was pretty good, but just a little more seafood would’ve been better. The total came to about $ 31 for all 3 dishes, expensive for the quality. This place is good for a easy quiet lunch as they have soft music playing in the background and nice décor around the restaurant. They have a variety of menu items that a lot of viêt restaurants don’t have on their exotic«street food» menu. What I didn’t like about this restaurant is the slight untidiness. When you walk inside, you can see sushi bar refrigerators used as storage and a stage meant for live music. Also when you walk to the restroom, so can see the bus bins as well as the kitchen. Some of the side veggies were also not fresh. Service was decent. Given the bargain and quality of food, I probably wouldn’t come back anytime soon.

Delicious and contemporary approach to vietnamese food. Love most of the offerings. Service is very friendly and attentive.

They have good quality Phở and«egg rolls». They didn’t have any Vietnamese beers available at the time though. Decently priced as well. Will definitely go back.

This placed is a few doors down Bru’s Room. It’s a small restaurant that sells phở soup and other Vietnamese along with some Thai dishes. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted and shown a table. The waitress was friendly and she recommended some of the dishes. For appetizer we order some chicken wings with fish sauce that were really tasty. They are more in the sweet and salty side so you know. I asked for some chile paste on the side for them. For the main course we actually ordered a Thai dish(pad thai) and it was actually pretty tasty. The price was fair and the portions were a good size. We didn’t try dessert as we were too full. Overall, the food and the service was decent and I would probably visit again.

Nice place, really good attention, but the food is average, very convenient for the Pembroke Pines neighbors.

Place is very pretty. There is no one here but my BF and I. Friendly staff. Good tea price. Food was very good and different. Most amazing bubble tea I have ever had! Yummy!

Came here on a random weekday for lunch. It had decent reviews plus I’m always on the lookout for good Vietnamese food. I was immediately seated and offered a menu. I knew what I wanted, the Goi Cuon(fresh spring rolls) and Phở Dac Biet(rare steak, brisket, tripes, tendon, meatball flank). The rolls were served in this cute boat shape basket and definitely fresh. I also liked the piping hot phở. Full of ingredients, good flavor and tasty broth. Service was quick as expected in Asian places but my server also took the time to explain the different Phở soups. I will come back for the rice vermicelli entrees when I’m around the area.

Good food, bit pricey. I had vegetarian curry, finished it with no complaints. Hubby had the lemongrass chicken, finished it too, but it was dry, not much of any sauce — the actual chicken was flavorful. They have a drum set on a little stage, so we asked about it. Live music every sat at 10…

Came here to try this place out. I love Vietnamese food! But the food here didn’t settle well with me. I ordered the bun bo hue, which was advertised as spicy on the menu, but it was not spicy at all. I thought I would be sensitive to spices, but either I was able to tolerate it too well or they just didn’t put enough or any at all. It doesn’t help that the first bun bo hue I’ve had was homemade from a Vietnamese household, so I felt like this bowl didn’t cut it for me. Not much flavor. Had to use sriracha to spice things up. Still not that great. Didn’t even finish it. It was a lot, so I guess that’s good, especially for those who enjoy quantity but I was bummed about quality. Also, just to note, they had chili garlic in the original jars(yes, green lid) WITHOUT serving spoons. All tables had it. So I couldn’t trust it – someone may have dipped their used-spoon/chopstick in there already since I doubt they monitor that. Big no-no. My mother had phở and I tried it. Tasted so bland with a weird aftertaste. She added lots of fixings — so much hoisin sauce and sriracha, not enough to fix it. She’s not a big foodie but she does like ordering phở from other places and even she says she wasn’t a fan of her phở. Customer service was great as they were pretty attentive. We were the only table there during dinner time on a Monday night — could be expected, or could be a sign. I’ve had bowls of flavor elsewhere. Not planning on coming again.

Every time I go north of Miami I always look for a Vietnamese place to eat. I searched Unilocal for something close by and this restaurant popped up. Had good ratings and it was new so I thought I’d give it a try. Stepping into the restaurant I was impressed. It was very modern and updated. I was seated immediately. There wasn’t many people here maybe one couple and that was it. The service was very fast I got my water and my server was ready to take my order. I still needed to look over the menu but when I was ready she was there to take the order. I ordered the phở. I usually get it with the eye round steak and tripe. The steak comes uncooked and it is cooked when you mix the hot broth together in the soup. I like it bc it is very tender and soft. I was starving when I came in the restaurant so everything usually is always better when you eat it. So my first thought of the soup was not that good. The broth wasn’t very flavorful and didn’t have the depth of herbs and spices phở has. Then maybe I thought I may not have had phở in a while so it must be me. I ate ¼ of the soup plain then started adding the hoisin(sweet brown sauce) and siracha(red spicy sauce) thinking it might make it better. It didn’t. I normally finish the broth if it is good phở so I know it wasn’t me. Their phở was definitely lacking something and I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted to. I feel that I make better phở at home and I’m no phở expert. However I did like their desert. Was very delightful and perfrct. I got the mix jelly one with the pink tapioca waterchest nuts. In viet it’s like suong sa hot luu. Very yummy I would come here again for their desert!

We called what we *thought* was PNJ Thai only to find out they had closed and Viet Taste had opened in its place. Since I’m never one to turn down a good vermicelli we decided to go for it. Unfortunately we couldn’t find their menu anywhere online, so I ran over there(we’re only a few blocks away) and they let me take home one of the menus. They were quick to get it up on Facebook after I stopped in, so that was nice. Since my husband had wanted Thai to begin with he ordered the Thai Basil fried rice with beef and the beef satay. He said the rice was perfect. The satay was heavily salted and peppered and the peanut sauce was thick and excellent. The cucumber salad(a favorite of mine) was delicious. I had the grilled shrimp vermicelli and it did not disappoint. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned and cooked and all the veggies were fresh. I would happily eat my weight in this stuff. Their menu offers a lot of opportunities. We’ll be back to try more, for sure.

This new Vietnamese bistro type place just recently popped up and I decided to try it out on a Saturday evening. Upon walking in, it was full and luckily there was a table immediately available for us. What a surprise though… there was live music and open mic karaōke with a pianist. Not bad entertainment for a Saturday evening. It was quite busy, so service was a bit backed up, but I’m sure once they gauge on how well and busy they’re going to be, more service/wait staff will be added. You know, you have to give them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened up not too long ago. Chicken wings with fish sauce: These little suckers are served in a nice presentation on a small raft, very tasty and well seasoned. Nice fry to golden perfection and crisp outer skin with juicy meat inside. The spices have a bit of sweetness and some saltiness to it. Phở: The broth was a bit on the sweet side for our party’s tastes. We were expecting more of a rich salty beefy broth, but surprisingly it was a bit too sweet. But I believe that this is not this establishment’s star dish. Crabs: Most of the crabs were female crabs. The sauce is salty and sweet, well balanced and full of flavor! Every crab had some eggs to devour, just wished the crabs were a bit larger than the little ones that were served. But good tasting… Grilled short rib: Excellent! Very tender and flavorful and not overly charred. I’d come back for another try for their specialties — Vietnamese Street Food!
