They suck at pedicures ! Don’t clean your feet at all ! Never coming again. They can even do a French ! Overpriced for
Nothing !

Went in as a first timer and had a great experience! Mimi did my nails, pedi, eyebrows and lash extensions! Excellent work. It’s clean and professional here.

Very clean! Nice relaxing atmosphere! Everyone takes their time and makes you feel very relaxed I would ALWAYS recommend this salon !

Very nice atmosphere, relaxing, clean, friendly, the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they do not use single sterilized equipment per client although they sanitize everything with alcohol.

Walked in and was asked what I needed, I said pedicure. Waited for 15 minutes. I watched 3 employees unoccupied, I decided to leave. They had the nerve to say bye as I walked out.

Very clean establishment, everyone has their bad days and maybe this was just one of theirs. I paid $ 93 which is reasonable for two ppl spa pedi and fulls set of acrylics. My pedi was nice and my acrylics were done while in the pedi chair, no lotion, no hand wash and no dremel. this was done not at my request. However, four days later four of my nails had come off. I called to speak to the manager and he informed me to bring in the nails that had fallen off because he stated that some customers take them off to get new ones on. I explained to him that im not going to drive from Coral Gables to Pines for new nails after 4 days. the following excuse was that I was being too hard on them, how? I work in an office. He told me to come in around 6 so he can fix the 4 nails. I got there and there was another nail with an air bubble I gave him the 1 nail. that had fallen off. he had no response. he then tells me nothing is wrong, he will not refund my money, and will not redo all the nails even though I paid over $ 100 including tip for 3 workers. they never showed me the refund policy. he told me that my nails were oily and that’s why they were falling off, I asked so I am not able to put lotion on. there are. too many hairdressers that have acrylics and deal with oils everyday and their nails manage to stay on? after him telling me that gel. nails last longer and that I need a fill in after 4 days then I was too through. he told me that the guy that did my nails is always requested and is the best, I agreed but also stated that everyone makes mistakes and as a customer I would have thought that customer service would have been a little better. I had him repair the 4 nails and left. that same night I went to dinner only to have a nail come off… embarrassing. on Monday another popped off. I had referred 3ppl based upon the initial visit but not anymore. Go but don’t expect good customer service if something goes wrong.

Went here on a whim after a long night shift… Sooo glad I did!!! Thank you Royal Nails & Spa for being open early for those of us with crazy work hours! Friendly and inviting from the second you walk in the door. Very clean open space. Lots of exciting gel colors to choose from and the staff helps you pick if you are stuck between two. Legit hand massage during your manicure, not a quick one. So good I couldn’t resist a pedi, too! GO DELUXE on the pedi – you’re worth it and you’ll love yourself for it!!! Reasonable prices, beautiful results! What more can I say… I’m a new loyal at Royal!!!

I love this place. I’ve been a customer for a few months now. Their prices are very reasonable. For $ 56, I would get gel mani, pedi, & eye brow wax! Then I came in one day to an entirely new staff. Apparently the previous owners sold it. But the new people are super friendly and professional. My mani/​pedis are lasting longer than before. But the great girl who did brows is no longer there.
